The blinds were okay. I expected better. The installation instructions lacked a lot to be desired. Valence attachments were pitiful. The vendor that Blinds.com used was the problem. Won't use that vendor anymore.

The customer service rep was helpful when I called to confirm measurements etc. It took a little longer than I expected to receive the blinds, but the updates about delays were very helpful. The tracking information wasn't user friendly and took us to the wrong site to track. The correct carrier's tracking site didn't work consistently. The delivery driver was excellent and called before making the delivery. Over all satisfied.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
