I had to replace 1 of 7 twelve year old blinds. I did not the name of the color of the old blinds. I used the samples to perfectly match. Installation took less than 30 minutes.?

Damaged Blind Replaced Promptly

A large cordless blind could not be lowered. Blinds.com customer service was called and professionally and immediately addressed the issue. Another blind was reordered and promptly shipped by the manufacturer. Blind was received and installed with no issues or additional cost to the consumer. An ease of doing business with Blinds.com who back up their promises with results.

The blinds were okay. I expected better. The installation instructions lacked a lot to be desired. Valence attachments were pitiful. The vendor that Blinds.com used was the problem. Won't use that vendor anymore.

Good company to buy blinds from

The customer service rep was helpful when I called to confirm measurements etc. It took a little longer than I expected to receive the blinds, but the updates about delays were very helpful. The tracking information wasn't user friendly and took us to the wrong site to track. The correct carrier's tracking site didn't work consistently. The delivery driver was excellent and called before making the delivery. Over all satisfied.

There was a large selection of blinds to choose from, ordering was easy, measurement instructions were very clear, pricing was reasonable and follow - up communications of the delivery of our blinds was very good. I would highly recommend using Blinds.com!

When my order arrived, three blinds, total, one was not made, as well as the other two. Does not seem to affect the working of the blind, but it could separate overtime.

Easy to order. Blinds look nice in the bedroom and fit the windows well. I wish the wand was on the right and not the left as it would be much more convenient. I don't remember being asked a preference but could have missed it.

Super easy to order and lots of color choices. My only gripe is that our first order was lost and we received an entirely different order, so we had to wait a bit longer for the reorder to reach us. You made it right so in the end all was okay.
