Website was easy to navigate. If something was missed, it highlighted what you needed to choose in order to ADD TO CART. The blinds fit perfectly based on all the measurements we had given. Super easy to install. I liked that they gave supporting brackets based on the width of the blinds. For example, our very wide window had four supporting brackets. Definitely recommend this company!
Our order came ahead of the estimated delivery date which was great as we had a visit scheduled for our new grandchild and these blinds were for the nursery at our home. The installation was easy with simple to follow instructions. Ordering was also easy as there were specific instructions in measuring to add additional spacing for window cranks. Really helpful!

Easy to order. I ordered over about 8 months several times to cover every window in our new home. With the exception of one blind, that was replaced, the color was consistent so they all are the same color in our new home.

One of the shades will not go up all the way. It stops about 3 inches short of the top. I have not contacted customer service yet, but plan to do so.

Bear destroyed my dinning rm blinds.com, had to replace with same. Different mount no problem but also came without the usual pull cord to lower and raise the blinds. The new mechanism sucks, no more pull and let slide, you grab onto it and get a handfull of slats that can over time bend them also I don't trust the mechanism to last. They have handles, just didn't bother to send them with the order.
Checked out other companies who were less expensive but have used blinds.com before and had a good experience. The blinds were exactly what I ordered and the fit was perfect.
Always order from you and never unhappy with the ordering experience or the product. However latest blind delivery in July saw me disappointed that the color was green and not chambray colored which is how it appeared in the picture. Didn't return as I know they are custom made and I needed blinds.
Not satisfied with the purchase. Motorized shades have a huge base. 2 5/8 inches. Went back to website because I expected 2 in depth. Turn out that it describes a shade it 2 in but the 5/8 is on the next line. Totally missed it. Needs to be fixed so it looks like 2 5/8" on the same line.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
