It was easy to navigate the website, and I found the video on the different types of shades (room darkening v light filtering v blackout) to be very useful. The directions to install the blinds were clear.
Good quality. Found the motorized features I was looking for at a reasonable price. No refund though for the solar charger part that I purchased but did not need, as it turns out. Customer service can only relay messages to the manufacturer and can not assist with refunds.
We ordered new blinds ahead of window replacement as we've ordered blinds.com cellular shades for 5 other windows in the past and they were excellent. (Unfortunately the window company is not as accurate as blinds.com!) I'm trusting that the same accurate order, etc is in the box! I like blinds.com so much I just referred my mother in law to your site. The website is super easy to use--just measure, put the numbers in the appropriate spots, order the material you want, and boom! They are also easy to install.

Ordering and all was super simple, cheapest site on the internet, hands down. The only issue I've had, and ive ordered a few times is my vertical slats came 2 inches shorter than expected. On the website there a drop down that asks for exact length and Nowhere did i read where it says the slats are cut 2 inches short to account for the rail header. Maybe I missed it. BUT, I called and after some back and forth about how I measured with what seemed to me an accusatory tone, I was sent a whole new order at no charge. I only needed the slats sent 2 inches longer but was told that their policy is to redo and resend the whole order. Seems like a waste of shipping and materials to me when my current header and valence is perfect. No cost to me so I can't complain too much. Blinds.com if you're reading this review, why DON'T you just recut the slats only and send those instead of the whole order? Wouldn't you save yourself precious money in shipping, labor and materials?

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
