Blinds.com made it easy to select blinds for my home and made it a very simple process, I need blinds for 3 years and did t have the time to measure, order and find someone to install the blinds. Blinds.com arranged it all for $199!

The screws provided and the quality of measurements on the valences and components is poor — the valence for the blinds is appx 1/2" too narrow — looks awful. Screws are cheap, strip easily. Boxes were beat up, showed up damaged, thankfully products OK. Overall the quality and QC is lacking. Also, the blinds are not to measurement, all are appx 1/2-1" too short.

Purchased shades for our entire house, returning 4+ years for additional window. We were please the first time and hope we'll be satisfied again.
Initial impression is good. Easy to install. Easy to use.

Easy to understand measuring and install instructions. Our only complaint this time around is the last custom blind had a lever in the MIDDLE of the blind rather than on the left/right like a typical blind. Fortunately it wasn't for a window that opens but we didn't realize that before ordering it and it was the only blind that met the sizing spec we needed. All of that aside, I would definitely recommend Blinds.com and we'll continue to order from them going forward.

I had problems installing my blinds. The first time I called it didn't help but they did replace the blind that I damaged. The second time I called the assistant helped my before I tried to install a second time. I was very thankful.

I thought I had measured properly. However, I reversed a one and a five when entering my information. My mistake! I was filled disappointment and had to reorder. The calming woman reassured me that she could help. My mistake blinds went to a donation spot. Win/win!

We have had them up for a couple of weeks and are enjoying.
My husband installed them fairly easily even though he is recovering from a torn rotator cuff. We measured a lot.

Got what I wanted. The price was (I thought) reasonable. Best part; a professional hung my window coverings, saving me time and aggrevation.

This "order" was actually a remake because the first blind we received was defective - wouldn't operate at all! Then after submitting a video demonstrating that the blind did not work, it still took several weeks to get the replacement. Not exactly the definition of quality control or good customer service.

Very easy to find what I needed, and the ordering process was very smooth. I'm glad we can have our windows professionally measured and the blinds installed for us. The blinds are very nice, and I like that they're cordless. My only complaint is that they smelled very strong out of the box, and it's taken a couple of weeks to get the smell out enough that I don't have an allergic reaction to them.

Pretty easy and good directions on dimensions for ordering. Once I get them up I will submit photos. They look like they will look fabulous once they are up.

Noa was very helpful! I had installation and measurements done and the technician cancelled one order. Now the order was delivered in two shipments after Noe confirmed it would work.
