The customer service was great and the guide for how to measure and order online is very clear. One of the blinds I received initially had a tear in it, and customer service immediately sent a replacement. I am very happy with the overall quality of the blinds and the service received. The ONLY area of improvement I can think of is to make the paper installation instructions a bit more clear. The ones I received had no words, just pictures for installing them yourself. But after a few trial and errors, I figured it out.

Pretty easy to use website but sometimes slow and kept freezing. How measure guides were easy to use. Products came well packaged. Install was easy.

Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. I didn't feel rushed as I verified measurements. The blinds fit perfectly and look great!

Love the product and quality. Not happy that it took almost 2 months to receive them. After 30 days, I'm not getting any updates of it shipping, I had to call customer service. Once I did that, I believe they got the ball rolling and I finally received them 2 1/2 weeks later.

Sterling was very helpful from your design center. When I got my blinds they were what I had hoped for as a match color wise. The mechanisms were somewhat different, but all is good.
