I needed vertical blind for an 8 foot living window. The site made the process straightforward and easy. The blinds look great and the whole process worked out well.

Very easy to order blinds and the install was also simple. I love the top down bottom up blinds design used for the smaller windows but the large ones are also nice just the top ropes are in your view when you pull the top down.

The website was easy to use and was able to measure and place my order with ease. Got the blinds and was able to install very easily as well. Would definitely order through them again.

I just wanted to place a repeat order and your website did not offer this option. Your chat option was just a waste of time because I had to sit and wait at least 15 minutes for someone to respond. When I asked about just repeating my last order, they just sent me back to your website, where I had to figure out what I had ordered previously.

We have ordered shades for various rooms and are very happy with fit, fabric and quality. We love the look and the shades make the room feel very cozy.

Great Product. Have enjoyed the blinds I own. Great selection and prices. My only real complaint is I can't use the balance that came with it as it's much different than the 2 other blinds on the same wall and prefer cords instead of wand.

Build an estimate tool is great, would be nice to have the option to compare colors across different blind types. I was trying to match Blackout curtains for a bedroom with light-filtering blinds for a living room/office and was having trouble. This would be helpful!

Don't assume for window indoor. Ordering made it a little more difficult assuming it was for window. In this case for pavilion. Thanks

Thank you for making it so easy and with such great instructions. I feel very confident that I got it right. Not only that, but the blinds fit each window perfectly. They are so easy to use and look so nice! Gives me the privacy I want, but also lets in the sunlight when I want it. Love them!

The blinds are what we expected. Very easy to install and work well. The hardest part is deciding what we want with all of the choices.

I placed an order for 3 blinds. When they came in I realized that I made a mistake concerning the size of 2 out of 3 blinds. Customer service was so kind and walked me through the process not only with the measurements but with the cell size. They sent me samples of different cell sizes and colors and no cost. When I called back to order the replacements, once again customer service treated me very kindly. I received the new product and I installed it. Wow...what a great product, customer service and company. I will definitely be using them again and will let all my friends know of the experience. Great Job!
