The blind fits well however, the cords were too short so the blind would not close more than 3/4 of the way. We wound up having to cut all 3 cords which make using the blind a real problem. Also, the installation directions are probably the worst I've ever seen. Access to a video would make a real difference.
My order was missing several clips for the top valence. Customer service was responsive and quickly sent me out the missing items.
The blinds themselves are okay and fit the window properly. The instructions/illustrations to attach the blinds to the brackets are poor and cannot be done as explained! Finally got the blinds secured opposite of how the instructions state. This is not my first blinds install, but was made more difficult by instructions that didn't match the hardware supplied!
I purchased one shade for a larger window where I could raise from the bottom, or lower from the top. I love it! Keeps my neighbors from prying into the room, while allowing light in from top. It's a very relaxing. Easy installation, smooth operation.

The design assistant was very enthusiastic, but he suggested to wrong type of brackets to order. This created having to order alternate brackets, and waiting for Blinds.com to receive replies back from the manufacture. Then they finally sent the correct brackets so we could rehang the blinds and valance. The valance which comes with the blinds is very cheaply made.
I must state that the woman who assisted me from Blinds.com was very helpful and I feel she was not at fault for the delays. She kept in touch with me via emails and I appreciated her professional service and assistance.

I ordered from Blinds.com about 3 years ago. I was pleased with that order, and this one is on different. There was a slight difference in the opening rods, but that was no problem.
Reliable sales person, informative, responsive. With required characters, you are making it so you waste my time. Just accept what you are given.
The blinds were all cut perfectly and installation was easy. The only complaints I have are that some of the slats need paint touch ups and the valances did not come with the corner brackets and side pieces.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
