The website was easy to use but the delivery was really bad. Both ends of the box were open on delivery and the fixtures in a separate package inside the original box were delivered separately. I consider it lucky that we received everything in the end.
Very simple to order, such a great add on to decor. My install was a replacement as the wand broke off the old blinds. Nothing wrong with it, just like the wand attached. Snap the old one out and snap the new one in place. Back to new blinds. Would definitely recommend these to anyone.
I'm liking the cordless blinds so far. The only negative thing is that the slats don't close completely, other than that, I like them.

Received my order with a couple that ca.e damaged. Ther were replace immediately and we are so please with our order and will be ordering for our main home next!
After going round and round with customer service finally was determined that I do need a remote for my motorized blinds, even though I purchased the smart hub. I wish this was a default on the purchase or someone could have warned me. Had to order a $80 remote from the supplier. (amazon remotes will not work!)

We had a company come in and give us a quote as well as going to a big box store for a quote. We saved quite a bit for the exact same product. The whole house installation price and measure was too good to pass on. They were a bit slow in scheduling but still very worth the wait. One of the fabrics we chose was on backorder so it did take a while for us to receive all of the blinds. I called and they were going to let us break up the install so that our bedrooms could be installed while we waited for the main room shades but the all ended up arriving in time for our installation date. We ended up with 2 that needed to be remade but the installer hung them so that we have covered windows while we wait for the new shades.
I didn't give 5 stars because the website could be made easier to navigate and the lack of clear information in regards to the backorder. There is room for improvement on the technology side.
I had high hopes for these cellular blinds because we had just recently gotten a set that worked out really well. These, however, had a broken part in them upon arrival and also missing screws (still need to contact them about it because they make you call), and they just feel like paper. I really like how they look but I'm terrified that our 2 year old will rip them the second he sees them.
Received 4 free replacements. Still waiting on 10 more. Ordered and paid for at the same time. Hopefully I will get them soon.

The set up was simple however the pkg was delivered without the brackets needed to mount the blinds. Thankfully the tech had extra brackets in his van and was able to mount the blinds.
The ones we got were 95"x60". Had some weight to them. Amazing something heavy like this stays up without sliding down. The only drawback is needs a bigger gear to open the blinds. They look fantastic

Ordered exact dimensions blinds with the understanding that when they made the product they would leave a tolerance. 3 blinds delivered, all were exact same size as my opening so I can't use them.
Called customer service, they said there's nothing they can do for me. $100 wasted, never ordering from this website again.
This is not my first time ordering from Blinds.com. The website interface is great, even for someone new to ordering blinds. I love the option to have someone measure and install for you, the person I had last time was pleasant, thoughtful, and thorough. I would not hesitate to order from blinds.com, and I've shared the site link with numerous friends who have moved. It's simply the best site for blinds.
Clerison was extremely helpful in understanding how to select and install the blinds!. I would love for blinds.com to consider selection of inside and outside color. We have some black windows inside and all black outside. Have to install backwards to have the black showing the street to blend in with the outside.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
