The website was very easy to navigate. There were many blind styles and colors to choose from. Delivery was quick and my installer was friendly and knowledgeable.

Great product! Vertical fabric blinds. Installation was easy. Overall we loved it. We recommend if you include bottom chain with the panel.

My order was lost in their system for over a month. Nobody did anything until I called to ask about delivery status. At that point they found and started processing my order. I haven't heard from anyone about scheduling the install I paid for as yet. I'm two months in on this order this far and still have my old blinds on my windows.
