My wife and I ordered blinds for our entire house. When I ordered them off the site I measured each window and ordered them correctly. I also ordered the valance for each window as well. When the products made it to my home everything fit perfect except for the valances. They were cut short half an inch on the ends. I called blinds. Com and they were professional and replaced them for free and made sure to ship out extra clips just in case the old ones broke once I took the old valance down.

The website is easy to use, and I'm so excited for our roller shades! UPDATE: We received our roller shades, and they are all installed. Installation was a piece of cake, and I love seeing our completed windows in our house every day.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
