Price is good but trying to reach CS is impossible. I wanted to know what final size of blind would be as I entered actual inside width. I don't see anywhere on your site where is says what you take off. Received the blinds packaged very well, install was easy, except for snapping on the balance. Wish they had include drywall anchors with the screws.

The blinds were for a dormer window in our vaulted ceiling and we had to install it using an extension ladder. It was so easy to install for 1 person! Once the hardware was installed it snapped right in. We ordered the blinds with the motorized remote and solar panel - the cord was small enough we were able to tuck it in the sill. We would definitely order from Blinds.com again!

I needed to replace corded blinds I ordered a few years ago with cordless for my babies' room. The previous color was discontinued. A representative recommended a new color and sent samples. It is close enough but the pattern is slightly different. I also ordered for my office which I am happy with, but I did notice prices were significantly higher than the last time I made a purchase.

There was an issue putting them up. We have vinyl framed windows, and the mounting brackets were too short for the blinds to clear the frames. We set them out an inch and the fit fine. Suggest you advise buyers and provide longer brackets for people with vinyl framed windows.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.

We always recommend ordering the exact width of your opening, for inside mounts.
