I purchased 2 roller blinds online 1/19/21 and they arrived 2/21, one of them without hardware. Called, and was told they would expedite shipping the hardware clips. 5 weeks later, the the clip arrived to hang the shade. Once they were out of the packaging, I noticed that the plastic grips were different and one of the grips was broken. Called again, still not resolved. "Need to call the vendor and get back to you." I've ordered from them in the past, but will not again. Blinds.com has completely lost my faith and confidence.

It also had no photos showing what the roller cassette would look like. The fabric of the blinds is lovely, but I had to make my own valances to cover the ugly roller cassette.

Overall, we are reasonably satisfied with our purchases from Blinds.com. However, we were surprised with the Premium Blinds that we bought - the top-down-bottom-up clips (that raise and lower the blind) are poorly designed in that they do not securely clip into the blind's bottom frame. This is disappointing. Blinds.com got this right right on their mid-range blinds, but didn't pay attention to detail on their premium blinds.

DO NOT USE! The blinds are OK but customer service is awful. Had to contact them because they failed to send the hardware and instructions for the cornice. Had to contact them again because the chain was too short for the roller shade (30" chain for 66" roller shade). They sent us instructional videos completely unrelated to the problem. Had to contact them again and they sent us more videos. Had to contact them again and they said they would send a longer chain. They didn't send the chain. Had to contact them again when they said they would not send chain because manufacturer gave them "push back" about sending chain because they felt a 30" chain is long enough for 66" shade. It's not rocket science. Then they said we would be charged for a new chain. They finally agreed to send chain, but we'll see if that happens. THIS TOOK 2 MONTHS! DO NOT waste your time. There are plenty of other options out there.

This is an update to my previous review. The cellular shades are equal quality to any Top Brands. Unfortunately 2 of the shades I ordered ended up being to tight in a few spots due to my house is made of Slump brick. I really thought I had taken it into consideration. When I called Customer service for any kind of help she had me send pictures, had me measure the tightest spot and she reordered my blinds. This was all handled on one phone call. I really didn't think I would get new blinds. I read the policy later and was surprised and relieved they really do guarantee a proper fit. Thank You Blinds.com
(Old review) I am disappointed the only cellular blinds on sale for 45% were the more expensive Levolor. Which was still more than Blinds.com. I have purchased name brand from you before, I do hope your product is just as superior.

Easy to order - no hard sale salesperson. Great price in comparison to other sites. Liked my products in the past, however this order (and unfortunately, by far the most expensive order we've placed with Blinds.com) ended up arriving in the wrong size. I did speak and email with an agent (who was very pleasant and helpful). After several back and forths (not her fault) my blinds are being re-ordered. Hoping the second attempt at my large window blinds fit as well as orders I've had in the past.

I purchased a cellular sliding patio door for inside my home a couple of years ago and it was perfect. Easy to order and quick shipping. I'll always use blinds.com for my home needs as they also have great service and pricing!

I ordered 2 blinds…one 47" wide…one 42" wide. The 47" one is fine. The 42" one sags because there are only 2 strings holding it, not 3. Disappointing.

Price is good but trying to reach CS is impossible. I wanted to know what final size of blind would be as I entered actual inside width. I don't see anywhere on your site where is says what you take off. Received the blinds packaged very well, install was easy, except for snapping on the balance. Wish they had include drywall anchors with the screws.

This information can be found under the Product Specifications of each product, and is sometimes listed as Deduction, or Light Gaps. We always recommend ordering the exact width of your opening, for inside mounts.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
