To measure the window with the description from your website it was very easy to order the right size
Original order received with no hanging brackets or screws along with directions to install with a different type of blind. Customer service contacted to obtain missing items. Next shipment arrived with wands to adjust blinds that we did not need and no brackets or screws. Called customer service again and had to wait for a 3rd shipment to obtain brackets to install.
Site kept bringing up an old order and including with new order I was attempting to order. Also, kept showing approximate date of delivery on date that was already in the past.
I have ordered in the past and have been very happy, I am always nervous about ordering the right size but the information on the site seems to help
Blinds are total junk when you buy the type that have a wand to open and close. They are SOOO hard to turn it's a joke. When I called to let them know they could care less and would not let me exchange them. The young man I talked to was very rude and could care less. Never again!
Different answers from different reps. Very difficult to get order correct. Had to be made 3 times. Last one I received was damaged in shipping. Just not worth calling for a replacement. Very disappointed with the condition of the shade. Can't spend another 45 mins to an hour to try and get the correct shade and not damaged.

Very unclear what each box to check means especially "shade type"... Really not sure if I ordered exactly what I want. Hope I don't have to send it back.
Took about a month, but these were custom cut blinds. I couldn't have gotten them faster from anyone else. They were exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly. I am satisfied.
My first order never got sent to me so I had to reorder it which did finally arrive 2 months after the first order was placed. I'm very satisfied with my blinds, just disappointed with my first order getting lost etc.

The blinds and materials were great, but the installation of the blinds were more difficult than they should be. One blind had such poor directions, I had to reach out to blinds.com who was then able to direct me to directions that were close to what I needed. The other blind, a different type, was much easier to install, but could not be adjusted left and right once installed since it clipped in so tightly. This has now left more of a gap on one side than the other which has reduced the amount of light it blocks out.
Blinds.com has been the worst ecommerce experience I have ever had! They truly do not care about their customers and have no sense of customer service at all. I originally ordered custom blinds for what will be my baby's nursery. I got a great deal on the black friday sale and I fell pregnant shortly after. It was just perfect and I thought I would have my baby's curtains waaay before my August due date as the ship date was originally posted as Jan 12-20. January 20th came and went. I even gave them more time as I did not reach out until the beginning of February in regards to the shipping status of my order. This is when they replied back to me and told me that the manufacturer was having a hard time getting the fabric that I wanted but offered me other options or to wait for a new shipping date of mid March. I decided to wait until March so that I can get the fabric that I really wanted. March came and went. Then they finally reached out to me in April. They tell me because they can not locate the fabric, my order cannot be fulfilled and then once again provided me with other fabric alternatives or a refund. This is ridiculous! It took them nearly 6 months to realize they could not get the fabric to fulfill my order? I'm halfway through gestating a whole human but it took yall 5 and a half months to get in touch with suppliers just to tell me that you can't fulfill my order? What kind of nonsense is that? Then you are only going to offer me a refund for wasting my time for half a year and holding my money? Yall could have at least given me a credit or a discount for the inconvenience. I give you my money and time for a product and you can't at least reach out to me in a timely manner to tell me that my product cannot be made. Then you won't even give me a consolation to show that you were at least apologetic about wasting my time? INCONSIDERATE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordering was quite simple, as I experienced before. However, delivery was a nightmare. Tracking was a joke. I ordered seven shades, to be delivered in six boxes. I received one, a week later the next two. After two inquiries via online chat with the representative, and a full four weeks later, I received the remaining three boxes. I was told that the delay had something to do with customs. But I find it interesting that having been shipped all the same day, why they were delivered over the course of five weeks. Tracking the packages lagged behind from 5 to 7 days for current information. I will not be ordering from blinds.com again.

I haven't opened the package yet- been busy road-tripping. I've purchased through blinds.com before and customer service is one of the best in the industry! I had some difficulty setting one shade (out of four) in its bracket and the customer service rep stayed on the phone w/me, in essence, holding my hand and I was able to accomplish my task. The videos for measuring and installation are very helpful. I like the quality of the cellular shades I purchased 5 years ago, and they function well, that is why I am a returning customer... a big plus, the website is very clear and easy to navigate...

Very fast and convenient. Much easier than going to a box store and waiting for someone to measure my windows. If you know how to use a tape measure this is a great alternative to buy blinds.

They showed up on time, looked nice and fit great. The quality seemed a bit cheaper than my existing blinds and I wish the cords pulled smoother. Overall, they look nice and I'm satisfied.

I made the mistake I never thought I would, and ordered my blinds just a tad too large to fit into an interior cutaway window. Replacement was sent expeditiously, and it of course fit like a charm. They have me as a customer for life!
Didn't like that the promo shown on the original order didn't automatically transfer to the final order form. Otherwise, everything was very easy.
Needed some shades for a bay to match the whole front of home from a purchase thirty plus years ago. Spot on folks! Went up smoothly the way they send 'em and they work like a dream. The best part is how well they match-up with the others. I just can't believe the great deal for such quality. If I need more, I will be back- as Arnold said.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
