Original 3 star review - The experience would have been 5 stars but due to my previous order being cancelled which had a better deal at the time (45%) and the team forgetting my refund, I am now paying an extra (15%) more in order to have my windows covered for my move in. The fact that I could not get the other deal honored even though it was not my fault was discouraging.

Customer service was very helpful with clarifying colors for me. I love how I can get exactly the combination of features that I want on my blinds.
Damaged item was fully replaced quickly. Item was damaged on arrival despite expert packing. Customer service was excellent and quickly replaced the item.

Blinds. Com is coming back to replace the valances. Pinnacle is the company they use and their installers originally were not that good but now a young man name Mauricio is really reinstalling the balances in the proper way.
Easy process to shop and order online. Repeat shopper and will cont to use blinds.com if i need blinds/drapes in the future.
We received samples before purchase, so we could pick the correct color. We got them pretty quickly and they were easy to install.

Difficult to understand how cordless blinds go up or down. Could use a better description on the page so do not have to search. For it.
Hi William. I am so sorry for the confusion regarding the cordless lift system. To operate the cordless lift, you grab the bottom rail and push the blinds up to open or pull them down to close. All the blinds were good except the long one. It was cracked in two places on the top. I tried calling and you were closed so i had my husband help me to secure it so it wouldnt break more. I had waited long enough for delivery and needed them a stronger box with more support would probably be a good idea as ups isnt very careful with their packages

Hard to assess color via the website. Would be good to have simulated rooms with the blinds in place to see how the color of the blinds is relative to other colors in the room.
Additionally, shipping was longer than advertised at the time the order was made.
Overall the blinds are nice, work well so far and I am considering getting additional blinds, but trying to figure out the colors I see vs what the colors really are, as there is no going back once you submit and make payment, and of course no returns since they are custom made.
I am a return buyer because I got a good deal in the past. The website is easy to use.- my only issue is that I thought I was buying vinyl mini blind but they are metal. They look great and I am getting used to them.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
