Blinds were missing the pieces that lock the blinds in place (they're a semi-circle blind so it always stays in the same position). The window is 12 ft off the floor so my husband installed and figured out a way to mount so it doesn't move but it wasn't easy.
Very fast to find what we're looking for
One of the things I love about blinds.com is that I can shop with confidence for two main reasons: 1. A quality product will arrive, and 2. That blinds.com will stand behind their product, so I don't worry about being stuck with the wrong thing. I've shopped here before and will continue to do so. In fact, I've referred other happy customers, too!

Prices kept changing after I items placed in cart. Very disconcerting.
I have used Blinds.com fro about 8 years, ordering entire sets about 12 windows including a sliding door. I have had them replace 12 window blinds 2 or 3 times over years period. Its till screwed up. WHY you ask? The quailty of pull strings, the operation of the wand strings, and flimsy pull strings. Something happened to there quailty in last 4 years, its trash. They told me they can replace free up to 5 times per window that should tell you all you need to know-- they expect there product to fail. NEVER buy a pull up blind fro sliding door - mini blibds, wood blind, any type of blind they Will Not work.! There sales people are made up of kids working part time jobs from colleage, There customer service staff are limited as to follow up and success. They SUCK
I would highly recommend blinds.com to customers. The blinds were beautiful and really complimented our kitchen and dining room. When one set of blinds didn't fit correctly they gave us a new set for free without questions. The customer service was courteous and helpful.
They dont let you write a review for them, the "consultants" do not return calls or emails, for weeks. Finally spoke to someone who was overly kind, because of commission. Once order placed, You can never reach them again, they do not care anymore. Customer service doesn't have knowledge to answer questions, and they're rude. I ordered in February and just got my completed order in June! The shades are absolutely awful, the stitching is already coming apart, theyre made with hot glue, some are uneven, have rips in them, the material is cheap and the hardware is even cheaper. The install people were so incredibly rude, they dont allow you to pick a time, its either 8am or nothing. I called to speak with someone, told id receive a callback, no one has called back. This was one of the worst experiences of my life with a company (im leaving a lot out) go elsewhere, a lot of companies use the sane factories, no reason to use blinds.com.

I ordered 2 94" blinds. Both were slightly bent, but I was able to install them as directed. But, they are so hard to open & close that I don't know how long they will last before the pull cords break!
Do you have any suggestions to ease the tension on the pull cords?

Very user friendly and easy to understand
The website was not user friendly and the delivery time was considerably longer than estimated. All that would have been ok, but 2 of the 4 mini blinds I bought, do not work properly. The wand is broken on both and will not adjust the tilt of the blinds. One wand snapped off the first time I tried to turn it and the other just won't turn. In addition, one of the cords does not work properly. One end of the blind goes up and down, the other does not. I do not recommend this company!

My shopping experience has not been great; this is the second time I ordered blinds, and there were issues with my orders. In addition, it takes a while to process and receive your blinds.

I've placed a few orders with this company over the years and every order has come in perfect. The quality is very good. Ordering is fairly simplistic and delivery very prompt. No complaints.

We immediately contacted customer service with pictures of two of the 4 frames we received being severely dented. They told us there would be no problem replacing that and we should receive them within 10 business days. I reached out to then 3 weeks later and they acted like we had not contacted them. I pulled up the chat, which contained the entire chat history, including the pictures. Their tune changed then and asked to resend the pictures, making an excuse the previous lady that handled us had been out sick. (Obviously no oversight on employees following up). We got nothing but attitude from the second chat person acting as if we were the ones at fault. They don't make blinds, they don't even measure blinds, they are a drop ship company that sends the order to the slow boat from china. Go elsewhere with your business.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
