Ordering ease has been improved since my last order about 2-1/2 years ago. This order went much easier and faster. The only reason I am not giving this order 5 stars if because the draperies were made with 7" returns instead of the industry norm of 5". The center overlap was also made at 7". I would like someone to explain why this was done.

I've ordered premium blackout shades from blinds.com about two months ago. I also purchased their measuring and installation services as they strongly advised. It all cost me around 2K. The blinds came in defected. The installer said there's no way to fix them and they need to be replaced. I had to call their customer service about 10 times, 30-40min each call. They were redirecting me back and forth without providing a solution. In the end, two months later, when I lost all of my patience, I requested a refund. They told me to be able to get a refund I need to take the mounted blinds off of the windows myself, pack them and donate them to good will. I am a single woman. To be able to do that I would have to hire movers and someone who can uninstall the blinds. They told me even though it's not my fault the blinds came in defected - they cannot provide me with a pick up service or waned anyone to take the blinds down. Absolutely devastated!
Blinds did cover the window but we did not take into consideration the edges of the window, this seems to be our error. Make sure you get the measurements correct. Any doubts whatsoever, contact blinds.com and I am sure they will assist. The blinds still look great.

So many options but yet not enough in the configurations and lifts. More then enough colors. Wish the motor was a little faster and adjustable since I over measured the length by an inch just in case and when fully down hits the lip and let's some light in. I'll also note I measured the exact width and seems I should have over measured about 1/8" so while others don't notice. It bugs me as I installed it and notice. Overall very happy with it

So far, so good. Used to deal with Blindsaver and it was about the same experience. Much easier than having to travel to a store. Can use current brackets and can stock a common size spare for use when one breaks or ceases to work properly.
Installation was easy and fast with very little experience needed. I would order again with no worries at all.

I've gotten other blinds and they have been successful. Thank you so much for helping us with the correct measurements as we did not account for the window track. We've gotten at least 15 shades/blinds and have always been extremely satisfied with the product and customer service.
Confusing with options for size and types of blinds available for purchase. They need to better organize by type, model and light blocking. I had to call customer service to confirm my order that was incorrect. Customer Service experience was excellent!

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
