We ordered several sets of blinds and are very happy with them! They look nice and were easy to install. We will be repeat customers!

Satisfied with the blinds for our living room. I did not realize the cells were a different size than those i installed in my bedroom, but I and my husband are happy with them and have ordered additional blinds for adjacent rooms.

Found Blinds. Com while searching for blinds. They had a 50% sale and had the blinds I was looking for. Received them in appropriate time and in great condition. Very happy how they look and perform.

The guy who gave blinds advices just wanted me to purchase expensive ones, and when I decided to degrade to some normal materials, his tone was not that friendly, and said it would look cheap. The another guy who came to install the blinds was indifferent, not having a good service attitude all the way. It is only when I gave tips to him that he smiled sincerely. Overall the experience is not good for me.

I was pleased with the straightforward installation process. Fit perfectly and operate well. The product looks as advertised, and we will see how long they last.

Product is wonderful unfortunately I measured the length 2 inches too short, which disappointed me, but I was able to adjust how high I hung them to accomplish the goal of the vertical blind sitting on the window sill.

Quality not worth the price— shade color not totally matching. Wife wanted them and that's all that really matters because she's happy.

I was very happy to order new blind. It was quick and easy. I would order from here again. I had ordered years ago and had blinds with no wand and now I had to get a wand to open the blind. I would much rather have no wand. Not sure why they changed that.

Quick shipping. Blinds went up quickly and are of good quality. Just the right filtering of light. Will be ordering more.

They fit perfectly. Blackout really blacks out the sunlight. Color is very deep, I'm going to order more for another room. I wanted to see how the battery- operated switch works first. I'm very pleased with this order

Shades ordered for three panels of stacking glass "lanai" doors, and they are beautiful and effective when the sun hits in the afternoon. The ordering process was so easy with the help of your representative Ike. Shades were delivered and installed ahead of schedule. Joel did a great job of getting up and working in sync. I would have given a perfect rating but one panel was not sized correctly and had to be replaced, delaying the full completion of the installation. Though I would give full stars to all the reps and customer service personnel with whom I interacted. The only glitch was in manufacturing.

The process was fairly easy, but in hindsight I would recommend allowing for the additional time needed to be sure that you get a sample of colors. What we ordered and what we received seemed to be different colors.

Blinds are beautiful and darken the room a little more than expected but that's okay. The lift feature is great. I would have preferred the tilt mechanism to be corded rather than the twisty stick. It doesn't seem to close them as tightly. Also they would look more elegant with a wider cloth tape—perhaps 1.1/2- 2 inches When I was building my order I called CS with some questions; they were very helpful, spoke American and were good communicators. Order took about 10 days. Easy to install. I plan to replace blinds throughout the house as I can afford them. Overall A+

Easy to install. Pro Tip: order 2" extra in height. Blinds don't "relax" easily to full length. Why a minimum of 100 characters here?

Could not find the best color match, but overall pretty satisfied with the color. Blinds are sturdy and are definitely better quality than local big box stores.

Product arrived on time, was packaged well, instructions were clear, and the blinds fit perfectly. I would highly recommend.
