What a horrible experience!,I ordered blinds with John C. On July 01,2023. He told me blinds would be shipped 07/14 & the Home Depot guy would come measure windows on July 24th. I questioned him as how will they cut them in case I measured incorrectly, John C. Told me Home Depot (who owns this company) has the cutting machine on their truck. Right after this when I called John to add 2 more windows, he never called back. Finally I go Bryan on 07/07 who said "I'll take care of everything" July 24, home depot subcontractor came, measured,told me he would email me measurements same day & that he is the installer & any questions I had I need 2 speak with Blinds.com. I called Bryan immediately but he did not receive measurements either. Today, I called him 3 times & no return call-same as with John C. So my credit card has been charged, I have no blinds & cannot get anyone to communicate with to order 2 more windows- Guess, they got their commissions & give 2 craps about the customer as my credit card is accruing interest. Never again! Stay clear from this company unless you want to constantly get an answering machine! Oh I just got an email blinds are not arriving until August 11th- yeah & I won the billionaire lottery!
My blind fit perfectly. It was easy for me to install, the price was good and quality was as expected.
Big fan of Blinds.com and this purchase was as easy as the others. I've purchased many sets of blinds from Blinds.com and have always been very pleased. These were for our mountain house so we wanted something other than white so we picked maple with chocolate colored cloth tape. They completely changed the room and we're so pleased!

I purchased a house that came with cellular blinds from blinds.com
The shades were good, but the mechanism on one of the shades happened to fail and it would no longer go up or down. The shades were still under warranty as it was only two years old.
Customer service wanted me to provide the order number and personal contact details of the previous owner of the house (it was not possible to get this information as a real estate agent does not disclose this) and then I'm later told that the warranty is not transferrable (which seems a bit odd is warranty for other products, such as an automobile are transferrable)
I am then provided information for replacement parts or to make a new cellular blind order, but the customer service cannot confirm to me that they can ship to Canada.
Certainly, I'm respectful of the procedures of a company but it's a little disappointing when a company does not stand by its product or when it's customer service cannot provide accurate information.
I placed a large order (blinds and shutters for whole home) at the end of May for our summer home. After I paid, they called to say the pro install and measure service was not available in our area, I said fine, just go with the blind and shutter orders and we will self install. I then heard nothing. Website kept saying order was in production. Finally reached a person who told me the order was never "released to the vendor." No recourse. Now I'm looking at an August delivery date if I'm lucky. We may not even be here to accept delivery of the shutters. SEVERAL thousand dollars for a product that I cannot even install for six months now, assuming I can even arrange for delivery of the shutters since freight delivery is required.

As usual blinds.com did a great job. The blackout roller shade works perfectly. I have a cellular shade over it, so I can have various amounts of light or no light.
Ordered once before and was very happy so now I have ordered again. They arrive perfectly but I had measured one window incorrectly. They are sending me a new one with correct measurements. Now that's service!
I ordered several blinds. The selection was good, the prices very competitive and the ordering instructions were very clear. The blinds arrived well packaged. Installation was not difficult. I miss ordered the size of one blind (my fault) and they sent me another blind for no extra charge!

Do not buy from this company. Terrible customer service and 3-6month process to get any products. No phone number or email ability to get help other than a representative that will not help you.

They remade the blinds for us because of an incorrect measurement and were really helpful about it. Highly recommended. Good quality product.
It took over a month to schedule a measuring over a month to receive our blinds and then a month for them to come install the blinds. Two of the blinds didn't fit properly and a month after they were supposed to fix it I cut and installed them myself. This service sucks.

Website was simple to navigate and the video demonstrations were extremely helpful in narrowing down the style / function we wanted. Blinds arrived when expected, were easy to install, and look beautiful!

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
