I always have a great experience purchasing blinds from Blinds.com. Been a repeat customer for years. I'm sure to be back.
The blinds were fairly easy to install, only issue was something in my own wall. I was able to do it MOSTLY with just one person, but did need a little help to slide the blinds into the braces on the wall (I believe they were 96" long). My only downside, is that you can see the braces (sorry, not sure of the correct terminology, but I'm referring to one of the pieces that holds the blinds up in the center of the blinds) from the outside looking in the window. But, it's far from a dealbreaker, and still stand by my five-star review. Will definitely order from blinds.com if I need more blinds for my house.
I bought a small blind for a window next to my front door. After 15 days it finally arrived and it was 3 inches too long. Plus the cords were tangled inside the mechanism which made the slats hang at an angle. The slats also do not rotate at all. If I try to rotate them, they simply pull up on one side or the other. I called and was told that I would have to take them down and get into the cord mechanism and untangle the cords myself. Very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the blinds. The customer service rep kept telling me to try to "lift" the blinds but blinds this size do NOT have a "lift" capability - not by hand or by string. Will keep the crooked blinds as I can't find that size any where else, but would NOT order from this company again.
All went well. I had two issues: I am just confused with the headrail I am choosing says no lift cord yet the summary says lift corded? Plus, more importantly, I need two hands to use the wand. It is too hard to turn. I wrote an email to the company and no one has gotten back to me.

I received my roller shade and the product looks decent but as I was unwrapping I seen little black broken plastic pieces all in the bubble wrap that ended up being broken pieces of the snap on end caps. The valance metal is scraped and chipped also the valance fabric is coming off a little bit on the corners and there a few creases in it. I've been trying to contact them but their website says they are not taking emails, I emailed them any way and got no response. Then I tried calling them and the first thing the menu says is press 1 to track your order then they immediately hang up. I've tried multiple times and got the same thing. Now I don't know what to do. Hopefully this review grabs there attention.

Very easy to order. The plastic pieces supplied that clip on to the blind to pull the blind down pop off easily. Perhaps a C shaped clip for the center would work better. Blinds themselves are nice.
I was referred to blinds.com by my mother. She purchased 8 wooden blinds for her sunroom, and they look amazing. I was interested in Roman shades so - based on her positive experience and excellent quality of blinds - I decided to give blinds.com a try. Initially, I ordered samples which arrived in under a week! After selecting the fabric I wanted, I was ready to place my order online. The problem was - I was unable to apply the $10 discount/coupon. No worries - a customer service representative applied the discount for me "after the fact!" I haven't received the shades yet, but I am overwhelmed with the exceptional service! Unheard of today!
I gave only three stars because I was unable to apply my $10 coupon/offer to my online order. I benefitted from the CYBERSUMMER discount which is great, but I would have also enjoyed saving the additional $10 (SAMPLE-10). I was unable to apply two discounts to my order (I placed my order on an iPad).
I've tried a handful of different companies for my 1inch mini blinds, and most of them were poor quality and difficult to install. Noisy, flimsy, weak aluminum that easily bent out of shape, and brackets that were more difficult than need to be for 1inch mini blinds. Finally I've found a quality product with Blinds.com. Sturdy and quiet aluminum slats with easy installation brackets.

Ordering was a very easy experience. However, the quality of the product is sub par at best. I ordered "up/down" Blinds.com brand blinds. The width and length are correct, but the blinds do not go down to the bottom of the sill. I have left them for several days "extended" past the bottom sill assuming they needed to stretch out and still there is a gap at the bottom between the blind and the bottom sill allowing light to come in. A complete waste of money.

It was very easy to order. The blinds I ordered were well built, and the color was as described. The blinds were even delivered ahead of the original projected time. I will definitely purchase more blinds from here in the future.

Arrived as described, the packaging prevented any damage. Our handyman was easily able to install the blinds. We love the new "no cords" feature it's so easy to raise and lower with a slight push or pull.
I ordered 6 blinds from Blinds.com, one of the blinds was about 1 inch short. I called to get the issue resolved, they had me take pictures showing my measurements, which were correct. They still refused to replace my blind unless the claim was filed as a mis-measurement putting the blame on me. Im really disappointed they want to fight you on their advertised guarantee. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Was skeptical but process was easy from measuring, ordering and installing. Everything fit perfectly.
Mini-blinds are working well. Our problem is that the tilt wands are very short, not easily accessible to us where the windows are located. The wands are not easy to replace for us seniors. We had to tape the tilt wands from "the old blinds" to the new, looks ridiculous, but no choice. We did not contact customer service since we tried to replace them ourselves, went to websites that showed how to replace them and we could not remove them. Other wands are easier to replace, they have an on and off clip, simple, but not these.
I received what I ordered, but didn't care for the cheap chain, or the valance, which had the fabric that covered the valance, but they put a cheap rubber trim on the top and bottom of the valance which makes it look very institutional. This trim is not visible on the pics on line when you place your order, so it was a surprise to see this plastic trim. I called to have them remade, since they offer the "satisfaction guarantee" with cordless, and with a different valance...but they don't apply the same discount for the changes and wanted to charge me $254.00 for EACH valance alone. The blind didn't even cost that much...and $134. EACH for cordless - They wanted $776.00, when I only paid $360. For both blinds! I asked why they don't just give you the same promo, but she said that's not how they do it...

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
