Somehow the order confirmation number disappeared from my phone and Jen was able to track it down and send me an email with the number and details that had been lost. Did so very quickly and I am thankful for her help.

I had been thinking about a new knife for a while and looked at the multitudes of offerings from BladeHQ. Honestly, there were too many to choose from! But after watching several of the videos on the website, I landed on a Microtec OTF. Super quick ordering process and several days later, my knife arrived at my door. I am thrilled with the product and the customer service provided by the company.

Ordered my first knife from Blade HQ after watching videos describing all the options. Then realized I had not signed up for rewards. After an email to the company, Dallas was nice enough to credit my purchase towards rewards points. Super fast shipping and I am delighted with the Microtech OTF I purchased. Could not recommend this company enough. Will purchase again from them soon.
Order a Boker Alluvial -both the press button didn't work. Ask for them to check the second knife BEFORE they sent it out. Obviously they didn't do it! We will send another one hope it works. Really no follow up on problem. Zack must been to busy to walk down to shipping to check on problem. Hey to check out and maybe sent a free replacement to this good customer. Nope didn't care. Time for coffee break. I work in customer service for 40 years -what it take to make it right,and keep a happy customer who come back.

Ordered an item intended as a gift. Was shipped via FedEx Smart Post to my PO Box. The handoff between FedEx & the P.O. Left the package in limbo for quite some time. Fortunately, I'd ordered well in advance, so no harm, no foul. Although it was no fault of Blade HQ, they contacted me immediately after I made them aware of the situation and offered amends for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their willingness to make sure I was a happy customer. (Thanks Brooke!) If you do need an item by a specific time, one of the guaranteed delivery options may be worth the extra $.

In placing my first order with Blade HQ, I ran into a technical glitch trying to set up an account after placing the order, and Brooke was incredibly helpful and was able to get my order confirmation sent to me right away.
