I purchased the Microtech SOCOM. It shipped quickly and I really liked the knife, BUT... I could not live with the tip down configuration. The SOCOM does not have any options to switch the pocket clip. So I returned the blade. Blade HQ made the return process painless. Once they received my return the refund was issued the same day. Special thanks to Alyssa T. For making this return smooth. I am a regular Blade HQ customer and this was my first return. I will be shopping with Blade HQ again for a Mircotech auto that has point up configuration. Thank you again Alyssa T.

A friend introduced me to Blade HQ by gifting me a knife. When I received my new knife;
Kershaw Outlier Assisted Karambit Knife Tan GRN (2.5" Black Stonewash)
There was screw missing on the clip, upon requesting warranty Blade HQ informed me that they do not warranty any of there mistakes or there knife.
I am grateful for the gift and will have knife repaired with my own money, but will not buy from shady companies that don't back the quality of their products.
I believe Jen from Customer Service answered my questions in somewhat of timely manner but her hands were tied with assisting me with repairing or replacement because of corporate management that won't back the quality of their products leaving the distribution center.
Great company to do business with. Great selection and prices. Responsive customer service, thank you Jen N and Hannah Y. I have many knives and I'm sure there will be more. Blade HQ will be my first stop and I will be recommending them to my knife buying friends.

I ordered a Pirhana knife awhile back and was waiting for it for longer than usual. I finally called and the nice lady informed me that there was a problem with my card. They supposedly sent me an email to that affect but I have yet to see it or I erased it in error. I use these knives a lot and miss them when I'm without so take the time and call me when there is an error. I have bought several knives fro BLADE HQ and think that they would apply my point to the purchase automatically without having to sign in for it. BHQ is a great place to purchase knives just a small change to the accumulated point system would make it greater. Thanks for your time.

I had a return from a while ago that didn't seem to have been issued the full refund amount. I called to see what the issue might be, and Wendy answered the phone. She looked into it for a while, and it didn't seem there was an explanation for the discrepancy. She tried to refund the missing amount to the original card, but found that it wouldn't work so she offered a gift card, but in a slightly higher amount for the inconvenience. I really appreciate the help. Thanks Wendy!

The WE Cubit and Banter I received were flawless. Sharp out of the box and looking pretty cool. They were well worth the money. I look forward to ordering more from Blade HQ. In fact, I will be looking at my next purchases today. I'm always a little anxious when I try a new company. No mistake here, If there was a point scale of 1-10, I would give Blade HQ a 10, especially putting up with me complaining how long it to deliver, which was within the time they specified.
