Kim and the IT department got my account back. Might just buy a knife for such a fast response and how nice they were( at least as nice as they can be via online chat), but I'll take it.

Title says it all. Got the Microtech utx-85; it was outstanding but it was so outstanding that I decided to return it and get the new variant (Hera II mini—- or the ultratech ZBP) with double spring for "lightning" activation that can be deployed and retracted with a pinky.

I had a glitch when I ordered and got a message and no final page. I went to order again and next thing I knew I double ordered. By the time I got my order I still didn't get a refund from the mistaken one so I emailed and Hannah told me it takes as much time as my bank dictates for it to show. I was confused because I got another notification that my order shipped and I thought it was the mistaken one.

My two specially engraved Kershaw Livewire Ultem Top knives just were delivered.
WOW! ABSOLUTELY WOW!
You folks really exceeded expectations! They are better than I had hoped. Everything just blends beautifully and the engraving is fantastic. Perfectly positioned and so striking with the Army script! The Ultem Top is really nice, great color and cool to see how it works.
