I ordered a knife that I ended up not liking. After poking around on the site for a bit I found the area to request a return. I didn't get the automated message with a shipping label that I thought I would get, but when I emailed support, they sent it over right away. Everyone who has communicated with me has been really friendly and professional, making sure I was happy with the order even if I didn't like the knife.

A $10 dollar gift card wasn't applied to my order, I emailed support about the issue and it was promptly resolved. BladeHQ customer support has to be among the best I've ever dealt with and is one of the reasons I continue to buy from the site.

I bought a used knife that had more damage than was listed in the description. IMO BHQ went above and beyond to help me in getting the item sent back and make me whole again. Great customer service. Their team is always great to deal with.
