Amazing customer service! It's a shame I got a lemon from MT, but the Bladehq team was so nice and helpful!
BladeHQ is great. I ordered an knife and realized I was going to be near their VA location the following day. I called and Jeanna said she would get the warehouse staff to pull the knife for me to pick up at the store front. Zach followed up with me to confirm it was available for pick up. Unfortunately my son got sick and we couldn't make the trip, but Zach got it right back to the shipping department asap. Awesome service and good people! All my previous orders have been great too.

The knife I ordered was stolen during my countries Customs' inspection. The third party carrier will use insurance to refund me for the lost item. It is not Blade HQ's fault or responsibility. I have received another knife after this order with no problems at all. Thank you for having very attentive and knowledgeable service representatives.

Son bought an OTF knife that fell apart/broke. Customer service was quick to offer refund or replace and got the label out asap. I will definitely buy here again. Always great experiences.

Bought an item and received it promptly. Needed to return the item. Went through the return process, but wasn't given the return label for a couple days. Emailed BLADE HQ customer service for them to send me the return label. They immediately responded and apologized for not sending the return label earlier. Return process was completed a couple days later and BLADE HQ apologized for the inconvenience.

I ordered a knife thinking I would like it. But when I received it and started handling it, turns out I didn't like it. I contacted BladeHQ and told them if the situation. They promptly sent me a return label. I mailed it back and within a week they contacted me and said the refund has been issued. This is why I will continue to buy from BladeHQ

I ordered a product from the site and realized it wasn't quite what I had in mind. I asked customer support to return it and after a few e-mails back and forth exchanging information they gave me a return label. They confirmed they processed the return and I'm currently waiting for my refund to go through. I'm more likely to make purchases from the site in the future now that I know returns are fairly hassle free.
