I wasn't expecting the return process to be so easy. I normally wouldn't try to return a pocket knife I didn't like, but once you get north of $300 I kinda want to really like the knife if I'm going to keep it. I had a problem finishing my order so I called and the help was first rate all the way through. I had tried ordering a knife as I have in the past. I got all the way to where I placed my credit card info and thats as far as the app. Would take me. It wouldn't go any mor, I was looking for the accept box but it didn' come up. So I couldn't move onto the final step.

I ordered a cold steel ti lite 4 to my apartment a little while ago and ups said they couldn't find the building but blade hq was very helpful with quick response time and changing the address so it will go threw on ups end so it doesn't get sent back again. The two people I talked to were cloey and I think Zack but cloey emailed me personally with an apology and the shipping number. I will be ordering again
