I just started buying knives from Blade HQ and I was working on buying knives with engravings for fathers in my life this Father's Day. One of the engravings was too long for the blade placement and it was slightly wrapped over the back of the blade and it looked bad. I reached out to see if anything was possible and they were prompt and not only did they replace the knives without the engraving but shipped it to me immediately without having to jump through any hurdle. Genuinely an incredible customer experience.

Always very quick to respond and always helpful and top-notch customer service. I had pre-ordered a WE knife Co. Brr15 frame lock Black Ti + Copper Foil CF and then got news that my 12 yr old pup needed costly surgery, So I had to cancel my order. Great customer service! Fed ex has been horrible this last shipment. Holding into the package for a few days and it finally was shipped out again from North Carolina at about midnight. Now 12 hours later it o ly made it to Virginia. Now I'm wondering how long they will hold it for. It was supposed to be at my door yesterday. Now I have a feeling it won't get to me until maybe Monday. I'm hoping anyways. I have 0 complaints with Blade HQ though. GREAT SITE!
