Deposit/Reservation Confusion

I saw a knife that required a $5 non-refundable deposit but I couldn't figure out how to put in the deposit to reserve the knife. The bladehq support team were very helpful with getting me squared away! Very timely too!

I had an issue with a payment and I had used a promo code. While trying to remedy the payment situation I found a product I like better but it was allowing me to use the promo code. I reached out to their support team and they were extremely helpful and very quick with their responses. Best customer support I've had in awhile.

Out-frickin-standing Service!

I've been buying from BladeHQ for around 7 years and they never disappoint. Awesome knives, great deals and promotions, friendly customer service. I love that they offer military/veteran discount, and even honor Benchmade's original 30% discount for military/veterans!
Dealt with Jenn over the phone today, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Customer for life!

I purchased a Microtech Socom, beautiful knife, but I could not open it with one hand. First knife ever, it actually made my thumb bleed from trying to force it open. Spoke with customer service for a return, got a label and instructions, package it up, they charged for shipping, 4 days later got a refund and done. Easy Peezy!

Blade HQ is the bomb!

Dallas is the greatest!

I had tried unsuccessfully to find a particular knife at a variety of locations. I finally gave up and went directly to BenchMade. They explained that they could not ship the knife I wanted to me because of federal law. They recommended Blade HQ and that is how I got the incredible experience of getting to deal with Dallas. She took care of every detail. She was incredibly patient as she helped me establish my prior-military experience. She helped me with getting my knife ordered with priority shipping. The customer service was absolutely commendable. I highly recommend Blade HQ and if you are lucky enough to have Dallas as your customer service representative you too will be profoundly pleased with the experience.
