I purchased a new PM2 then signed up for blade club the day after. They were able to go in and add the points from my purchase.
I received the knife that I purchased. The handle didn't fit my hand. I contacted BHQ and they paid the return shipping. I will only buy my knives from this company from now on!

I had a problem with an expired card and BHQ kept my order on hold, contacted me, and gave me 48 hours to fix the issue. The people at this company are warm, friendly, and understanding, and their willingness to go the extra distance to make my interaction with them a positive one will always be appreciated. Plus they are a really excellent knife company with a great selection and offerings of everything knife!

Had to return a knife because of personal reasons, noting wrong with the knife. I didn't have an account to start the process like their instructions but emailed them and the set up the return in no time

All AKC World knives that I have found available on line are made in China, and sold at half the price I paid.
The image in the product description showed AKC Italy (which are made in Italy), and the country of origin listed Italy, so I have serious concerns that have not been addressed

I received a flyer in my email with an advertised price I could not get via the website. I contacted tech support showed them the error and the picture of the flyer and they shrugged their shoulders and said it was a one day deal... when they did not get back to me for a day and there was no way to purchase that day... I know there are limitations and did not want to be rude so I asked the guy to get me to someone who could help out with this, and he closed the ticket. I won't be doing business with BladeHQ anytime in the near future.
Hanna was very good at listening to my issue. She handled the return.
I explained to her that the website said that a fire starter, strap and lanyard. I confirmed in e-mail with Keith S that the knife did in fact come with the accessories but the photo was not on the web page. I ordered this product with the understanding that all the accessories came with the knife.

I received my knife and immediately noticed how heavy it was, almost unnecessarily for its weight. The action is also very heavy to where i couldn't really retract it without tearing up my finger. Overall the knife looks great, has a smooth action with little blade wiggle and feels nice in the hands, but the sheer weight and strength this blade takes to operate it was a deal breaker for me :/, even with some lubing. Luckily customer service was a huge help, even giving me a full refund, with which i'm going to get a different knife from this site :). i'm very excited and pleased with my experience with grindworx and their customer service was great.

I ordered two knives twice and both times it got refunded however the second time it said it got refunded but never did
