I ordered two knives twice and both times it got refunded however the second time it said it got refunded but never did

I was buying a nice Benchmade knife with laser etch for a childhood friend's sixtieth birthday and by the time I had ordered I only had a six days until his party when I wanted to give it to him. I gave a few details and had simply asked if there was anything that could be done to expedite the order I would appreciate it. Much to my surprise I had the knife in hand within three days! The service was above and beyond and was received with much gratitude! Thank you again for a job well done!

Submitted a request to change my shipping address before the package was shipped. Package gets shipped to the original address, then and only then support replies saying they can't do anything.

I've been corresponding with Hannah about an order of mine that got denied because of possible fraud from a company BladeHQ's uses. She's been very nice & helpful & explained as much as possible, since BladeHQ isn't provided any details as to why X transaction was flagged. I explained all the possible reasons why this could of happened & understood my frustration. I placed another order & she said she will pass this on to their fraud prevention 3rd party.
She answered my emails promptly & gave me advice going forward.

I asked for confirmation about a particular model of a knife to be double sided as it would be illegal to carry a "dagger" style knife in my jurisdiction. I was told "I believe it is single sided!" That is not a good enough answer for me to purchase a $100 knife and possibly recieve one that is illegal.

I live outside the us so I orderd to a Hotel where my stewardess wife could pick it up but the packed wasn't there, this first class company gave my a full refund immediately no question asked, i dont know whos foult it was but i doubt it was theirs, look forward to buying a lot of knives from them and not having to worry if something goes wrong.

There was a mixup on my previous order where I received information that it shipped UPS when it actually shipped USPS with a $5.60 postage due charge. Hanna, immediately reported this problem to her supervisor, assisted me with an order for an additional knife and applied the postage credit to that order. All very courteous and professional.
