I believe the date of my purchase was July seventh. I opened an email and read a quite intriguing short description of Italian made switchblades. The first knife offered for sale just below this story was a Damascus steel, stag handled swing guard side open model for a "deal of the day" price of $89.99, which I purchased. After my purchase, but prior to receiving the knife, I more closely examined the details of the knife I had just purchased, fully believing that I had committed to an Italian produced piece. I was completely floored to realize that my purchase was for a Taiwanese produced knife, an "Italian Style" knife.
I believe the marketing of this knife was presented in an exceedingly misleading, and deceitful manner. While I agree that the specifications of the knife were available for my digestion, and that the description did indicated "Italian Style" I truly believe that the presentation of this particular knife as a primary offering just below a story about Italian produced switchblades was as I have described.
I suppose I accept this situation as a lesson learned, but it certainly has tarnished my opinion of Grindworx. If Grindworx marketing disagrees with these observations, I respectfully request an informed rebuttal.
Lack of inf. On shipping policies caused me a chance to get the knife I wanted, while on sale.
I was hoping you would offer me the sale price after I explained my experience.

I've been watching the YouTube channel you guys have for years, and finally decided to purchase some knives from you. I made a large order with several knives during your 4th of July sale. I was pleased with the knives when they came in, and enjoyed using them. However, I had an issue with two of the knives. I reached out to customer support and Keith answered the phone. He was not only very helpful in diagnosing the issue, but issued a refund for the damaged blades. Blade HQ is my new knife store! I'm pleased with the majority of the knives I purchased, and my issues were dealt with promptly and with expertise. Functionally, I love the website and the YouTube content. You have a great variety of knives and everything is easy to sort, filter, and find.
Secondly, the service team has been great. Recently I unknowingly ordered a knife the day before it went on sale. Keith went out of his way to refund the difference even when he didn't have to. Appreciate all the awesome work!

I purchased an AKC OTF knife early 2023, it is now midway through the year (well past my warranty window), and I am now experiencing the limited durability that this knife has. BladeHQ has held up their promise to give me resolution. I am beyond happy with the outcome I had with customer service.
