BHQ is here to make money, I always feel a little uncomfortable when I do a return, like I broke a promise or I'm letting someone down. Where other places stare sigh and give a guilt trip BHQ thanks you for just being a part of there community. Brook H was really nice helpful and supportive in the process. I felt normal it's unfortunate but why waste any thought on it, it's already part of the past and we're already discussing future purchases Thanks BHQ:-)

Worthless. When I received my e-mail receipt. I saw the wrong Revo knife was listed. I immediately wrote back that the "Ness" blade was what I wanted. Not the blade shown. I received no response till the next day, when I received notice the original "Wrong" blade is being shipped, and no mention of my email declaring the wrong blade was being shipped against my wishes. A company and staff, that won't respond correctly and quickly to a request is useless at best. My impression of the company is negative, and can expect no future orders. Lack of response, and action is a deal breaker. Add a negative star to those shown. Thanks for a worthless, unresponsive experience..

I found a better deal with a different company that was able to ship to my P.O. Box. You guys do offer some products not available on the other site but they also offer products that you don't have. You did answer my question but it was two days later and you do offer shipping options through other carriers but at an extra cost to people that live in an area that only has P.O. Box delivery. You should reconsider your shipping options to P.O. Boxes because only adults can have a P.O. Box and we should have the freedom to make the decision if we want to buy an automatic knife or not. I would search other sites first because of this shortcoming but may browse your site if the price is right.

Other orders have gone through without drama, but I got an order sideways and I ended up needing to call in for help. A very nice person (who I forgot their name, unfortunately) helped me out and got me sorted. Quick and easy too.

The knife I got broke the tip of the edge off from cutting plastic off a protein bottle. Bad luck with some knife steel. Brand new so I wanted to return it and had no issues. Great support. The only complaint I would have is I wish there was an option to just exchange instead of having to return then wait for my money back before ordering again.
