I still have no answer as to why my order was canceled after it had been shipped. I received no notification from you and had to find out myself by logging into my account to see why my order was taking longer than my previous orders through your company. My purchase was made during a sale and can no longer purchase the knife I ordered at that price. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication or notice. This experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth and leaves me questioning whether I want to continue conducting business with you in the future
I bought a "ONE DAY ONLY" special sale price in-stock item. I got no word at all for three weeks until I emailed an inquiry. They said the order was held up by a third-party fraud prevention service, yet I was never notified to fix anything. They emailed back that the order was cancelled and encouraged me to order again at the new price which was $20 higher! I recalled that the same process happened to me nearly a year ago with an earlier order. Then I got my new purchase credit card statement and learned the sale had cleared and been paid for on the same day as the order was made nearly a month earlier! I notified them of this and demanded they fill the order that they had cancelled without my permission. Then they emailed that they had refunded my credit card---that DAY! All emails were polite, but I no longer trust them whatsoever. Twice in a year they took my money and kept it for a month without notice until I inquired, "where is my (sale price) order?" Only then did they cancel and refund my order, suggesting that I order again (at the new higher price!) I will have to wait another month for the next card statement to find out about the refund. I sure miss the honesty of the old extinct BladePlay!

Great timing on my end(heavy sarcasm there), timely reply on bladehq's end, shipment wasn't updating for over a week, contacted to see if USPS would talk to you since all I get is the run around, only for the shipment to be delivered next day, thanks for looking into it.
I had an expensive knife on a payment plan. My card expired and when I updated it my payment would not go through. I was taken care of and got the issue resolved quickly.

I made an online order, and no one knew why it was placed on hold by our third-party fraud protection team supposedly. In any case, I made a phone call, waited patiently, and although I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me, I was on the phone with him as he assisted me in re-attempting the order, explaining it might yield better results compared to the latter. Now is the waiting game. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. I'm glad to have had an interaction with someone who was patient and willing to bear with me.
Hanna could not have been more helpful or attentive with my returning a Benchmade 945-2. I've over 100 Benchmade's with axis locks & this is first where I've run into a problem. Blade HQ understood & will make sure this knife doesn't go back into inventory & sent out to another customer. I was sent a prepaid label to make the return easy. Only thing more they could have done was sent a limo to take me to & back from the Post Office.

I am not giving the full 5 stars due to having technical problems with the website and the item I was trying to purchase switching back and forth between "in stock" and "out of stock". However, these issues were resolved in around 10 minutes and I was able to order the product I had been after for so long now. The notification system for out of stock products was very useful and I had to cancel one of my orders. The customer support was very prompt and helpful. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I signed up for blade club and didn't pay for my layaway until I believe after I signed up and the order didn't count for the next tier disappointed with the reputation nothing can be done it's pitiful
