I am not giving the full 5 stars due to having technical problems with the website and the item I was trying to purchase switching back and forth between "in stock" and "out of stock". However, these issues were resolved in around 10 minutes and I was able to order the product I had been after for so long now. The notification system for out of stock products was very useful and I had to cancel one of my orders. The customer support was very prompt and helpful. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I signed up for blade club and didn't pay for my layaway until I believe after I signed up and the order didn't count for the next tier disappointed with the reputation nothing can be done it's pitiful

Gift cards are confusing, they do not seem to reduce the price until actual knife purchase is made. I called sales support and was assured the gift card was applied even though was no evidence during the purchase or even in the sale confirmation email.
I'm not sure if the call to sales support was necessary.

I needed an answer to a question that wasn't available on the Blade HQ website. In no time, I received an email response to my question. Just a short, quick note that answered my question and that's all I really needed. I've placed several orders with Blade HQ and I've always gotten a great price with outstanding customer service.

I thought my order didn't ship and I paid for FedEx 2 day even though I had free shipping. So I wrote them a letter saying that there's a problem with my order. Apparently there wasn't a problem with my order it was me. My order did arrive on time, it was just one of the items was a pre-order so it didn't come. That's what the issue was but I didn't realize that it was a pre-order. Even though I got my other knives and my pre-order is coming later, they still refunded my 2 day FedEx charge out of Goodwill. Thank you.

When I first started buying knives at BladeHQ, I signed up online to join the club so I could get points for my purchases. Never really paid attention to the accumulation of points until my most recent purchase. When I checked my balance, it showed zero points even though I had spent multiple thousands of dollars on the site and always logged into my account for purchases. Contacted customer service via email and described the issue I was experiencing. Next day I received a reply email stating that they would review my purchases going back to the beginning and would credit my account for all of the missing points I should have gotten. Checked today, and all of the missing points were in my account. Not all companies would do that for their rewards club members and most would say "pound sand" or too bad…but not BladeHQ.

I purchased a cold steel bowie as a gift for my son with engraving. I asked if i could have it engraved on the spine of the knife. I was told, " no only the front or back", by Tiffany C. Customer service manager. Since the fuller goes all the way up to the spine I asked if it would be engraved in the fuller? For those who may not understand what a fuller is, it is a hollow groove in the middle of the knife. In the case of the 1917 bowie, the fuller goes all the way up to the spine. I was told again," we can not put it on the spine". At this point I realized that the person I was corresponding with did not know anything about knives. I asked if she understood what i meant, if not then I would have to cancel the order because it is not cheap and i would not be able to return it once engraved. She told me," I believe I have answered your questions. I am can cancel the order if you would like. " Then she sent a cancelation notice. Tiffany C. Is a terrible customer service manager who takes things personal and is in the wrong business because she does not understand the products she is selling. It is unfortunate that one person can damage a company brand with a terrible attitude. Her pride and bad attitude caused her to not only lose money for the company but future business from myself and those who I communicate with.
Had an issue with rewards points on my account and BHQ support was extremely helpful. Got it sorted out within 24 hours!

I have trawled the internet looking for a particular item, a Cold Steel 'Magnum Tanto XII' knife
& apon finding the retailer 'bladeHQ' I've made an enquiry DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE asking for a best price & requesting international shipping.
I've had a reply saying my item is 64.99 plus 49.99 for shipping & after requesting a hand getting through the checkout to pay this amount, I've now had an email to my email address;

So as I said I didn't get a response from my email however the phone agent that I was able to contact helped me out significantly. My item was defective and it needed to be replaced quickly because it was a gift for someone that was leaving town. I asked if there was anything that could be done and the agent expedited my shipping at no additional cost that's good customer service
