I've been a long standing player of bitbetwin they have plenty of platforms to play on and there customer service is great the only thing I wish they would improve on is the withdrawal time it takes to receive your money if they did that I'd play a lot more thank you again bitbetwin

Had too spend 3 hours trying to get my photo verified because they asked for another verification photo and after it was approved they didn't even finish my withdrawal request so now I have to wait all day just to get my money not happy...

Update I talked to a customer service rep Morgan that helped me out alot and was very nice and I'm hoping my withdrawal I submitted comes quickly thank you again bitbetwin and thank you customer service rep Morgan

They lied bout my third deposit bonus with $15 free play (they never gave me) but it never stated anything about me using a code and that code was why I didn't get the free play added and no one help me what so ever. They will trick you to draw you in by processing your withdrawals when you first join. Then if you start to win at all they will hold your winnings hostage and lie about it being due to technical issues that they are not paying if you win.
That is shady business and it feels worse when they start off by gaining your trust. They had me fooled good.
They got me to play enough to get to the next level so u could withdraw a larger amount by being legitimate up to that point. Then when I thought I could withdraw a larger amount I deposited a larger amount after I had won because I knew I would have my winning money coming in 24 hours or less. But once I made the larger deposit the winnings stopped coming in.
Every withdrawal request I made was put in, "on hold" status. That's not even a status that they say exists if you look on the website about the withdrawal process and rules.
I didn't even know this was something that was possible. In my mind I had no doubts I would get my withdrawal money by the next day. Now it's been almost a week and every time I contact them, I just get the run around and a bunch of pasted text lies about why I just need to be patient.
The platforms they have might be fun and the website might seem convenient, but that's all part of how I fell for this scam.
Do yourself a favor by learning from my misfortune and play with your money somewhere that you know you will be rewarded for winning and not tricked into losing your hard earned money.

This website from the beginning has been nothing but trouble. I've been a member for going on four years now. Their latest tactic is to no longer have chat support and keep players from viewing their withdrawal process. I believe the same person does all customer support under different aliases. The goal is to deceive customers about bonuses and make it as difficult as possible to withdrawal. Tried to upload a video wouldn't receive my uploaded video. Tried to do it online where you could actually just record a video. It would not take my video.

So i reach out to a customer representative whom was no help and literally refused to transfer me to another agent or someone in hr, or someone above him because my issue then became the sitatuion in which the customer representative was handling my issue and i simply wanted someone else's help, but the reffusal from the agent made one issue into two issues and after asking several times to allow me to speak to someone about how they are conducting themselves inappropriatly they told me i should just call during their business hours and they didnt see any problem at hand so there for they would not let me speak to a different representative. This has been one of the most unpleasant and insulting experiences, i deposite daily if not 5 or 6 times a week 20-50$ each time... thats about to change quickly... i feel beyond disrespected as a customer and still have my first issue of the deposites i made never becoming funds available in my bitbetwin wallet...

Everything is fine when you first start but heaven forbid u run it a situation where the game glitches or reboots or signs you out. You are liable to login back into the game you was just playing to see that all your funds are gone and if you get in touch with customer services. They will give you some bs about this and that and how they cant prove you had that much on the account or not the game glitched or some stupid line pretty much saying they are not going to credit your account the money you won fair and square and you are just $#*! out of luck. Or let say you deposit money in a game play a little bit and then not play it for awhile forgetting u still had funds. Well then they decide to remove the game. You would think they would credit your account until u decide to put it on another game. Regardless of how long it set there. I mean come on it is your money you paid. But no they remove the game keep the money and when u finally notice because for some reason u get a notification about the email that didn't even say they was removing the game but of a screenshot showing you had a remaining balance and I message customer service there is nothing they can do about it your just $#*! out of luck. Customer service is suppose to be there to help the customer but all I got a feeling of is these people just took advantage of me and there is nothing I can I do about it. And dont get me started on their false advertisements or how they crame their business down your throat everyday all day thousands of emails and text about deposit deposit deposit it's like thg their saying in a nice way give me give me give me and dont even honor what ever coupon they are trying to sell you one. Like I said at first like before you ever make that first deposit it's great but after you play the credit they give you for signing up they just gradually get worse and worse and before you realize it you $#*!ed Not Worth it! Not to mention but at the end of it they are so lazy when I said deactivate my account and take me off of the mailing list they didn't even have the decency to do that no instead they say you did it.
