Don't waste your money or crypto on these sites. Customer service always has some kind of chip on their shoulder. They take their sweet sweet time when you actually put in for a withdraw. Literally they advertise the world but when you deal with them in person they're crap. Doesn't respect their customers at all.

I've played here for a few years now And haven't had many issues. I was playing a game on Ultra Power, I won $900 in bonus which I never received. After numerous phone calls, messages and chats they told me their reasoning for declining my withdrawal, A 'glitch'. A glitch in their system prevented them from paying me. It's been about 3 weeks now and I'm still trying to get my $26 deposit back. For this reason they suck.

No longer makes withdrawals for me! Their verification code to withdraw is the only communication I cannot receive anymore. They tell me after several several other suggestions to try, I will have to try changing my phone number and maybe I will receive the code then. I get their replies to my emails, their texts to ask for deposit money deals, their email promotions to ask money for deposit as well, but not the email or text with the code needed to complete my request to withdraw. It's been months of their run around. Do not use this site! And when they say we are sorry for your trouble, email us with your information and will help you…that ends in a run around that doesn't get my withdraw verification code either. As of today I am no longer a user on this platform for many reasons. But the straw that broke the camels back is I have officially been waiting 30 hours for my withdrawal and not one of the people from this site has contacted me or been able to resolve the issue and expect me not to be mad and continue to wait for them to pay me when they were supposed to have y money sent to within 24 hours and we are past 24 hours going in to day 2.
