Do not recommend this to anyone. I made a $30 deposit back in October, and as of December, I still have not received my deposit back. It's incredibly frustrating. They claim they can track down a glitch that happened when I won $10,000 in a single day—something I have proof of and provided to them. If they can address that issue, why is it taking so long to return my deposit, especially when I've given them all the proof and information they've asked for? This has been going on for months with no real resolution."

They are terrible when it comes to withdrawing your winnings not a good place for having your funds feel safe.

I have been trying to withdraw for hours now and they refused to send my withdrawal code through email which they've done before my cell phone number works for everybody in my family my friends, my neighbors, but will not work for a bit playing for some odd convenient reason for them. Bitplay is a pretty cool site with multiple platforms to choose from the each have a variety of different games to play! I don't always win but have won multiple times adding up to a pretty decent amount I've won all together. It's definitely a site with checking out!

This place has scam artists working for them. They admit to making mistakes on people's accounts and then blame the customer for their mistake. They have no integrity or responsibility as a company; they take no accountability for their actions in w meaningful way and have no desire to want to be loyal or helpful to their customers. The are running an illegal casino with no regulations. They straight up steal from people. They lie about things running on their end of the casino and pretend to not understand what you're needing from them. They also have extremely poor customer service. I believe everyone who works there are scam artists. One employee asked my husband if he was willing to sell his Cash app account. For what? I closed my account. They should conduct themselves more accordingly and more appropriately.

This site is very misleading and not to be trusted. They are liars and will give you any excuse to avoid helping you with any type of issue. I have had issues with withdrawing as other reviewers have stated word for word. But what really set me off is the fact that twice now, they refused to credit my selected platform. Which I was very near to completion on a daily and/or weekly bonus. It's no coincidence. They see that I have just one more task to completion on a bonus and then won't credit my game? Saying it's down for maintenance. But yet I'm logged in at the same time, asking well clearly that isn't true. They will think of any excuse to tell you but they are all lies and attempts to manipulate you into falling for their scam.

I jumped through every hoop they asked me to in order to get verified so I could withdraw from my game. They went as far as to send me a confirmation email saying withdrawals usually take up to 24hrs... It's been 4 days so far and still counting. Everytime I say something about it their "team" tells me there's been an unusually high number of withdraws and mine when he handled as soon as they can. Pfft nah more like they expect people to get tired of waiting and play their winnings back into the game. I've already deposited and withdrawn TWICE through a different provider since I requested my winnings from bit play. Don't waste your time frfr bc they'll never send you anything. Not to mention the fact that playing through them costs way more than through anybody else too bc they won't take anything other than Bitcoin or one of those variations. So you send your deposit plus you have to pay an almost 5 dollar fee on top of that. Even more if you don't send the exact amount the first time. -10/10

Bitplay like to mislead members with Facebook posts promising those who join a group or share they will receive 15 in freeplay but once you complete it they tell you it is a contest and winner will be drawn. Posting a pic of the post to see if anyone can find that drawing in there.
