I've been playing with bitplay for over 2 years. I did truly love it. I stuck out with all the changes where I went from 1000 a day withdrawal to 300 a day to build up on their new points system. But the last time I tried to make a withdrawal it was over 9 days before I gave up and played my money off and was done for good. They gave excuses after excuses.it was issues with the platform It was just being check because I cashed out a lot. My daily limit was $500 a day. I had never really had issues cashing out in my 2 years I've won and Withdrawn over 40k per the records they keep.

I made a withdrawal on 5-11 and still have not received it. The confirmation email stated that it may take up to 24 hours, but so far nothing :(

I entered a review but did not notice that I had entered one last year and it never got submitted so the date is old. I already send them over 6 or 7 photo reviews and none meet there expectations they literally want my entire hand in the picture ridiculous really I thought they wanted a picture of me holding my ID, no now they want my whole hand in it. The funny thing about them is that I already have 3 withdrawals equalling 185 dollars total with them and they still need my verification for 50 dollars I requested from them. Don't recommend this app to no one really unprofessional workers they don't have any knowledge what customer service is. I thought it would be about me not looking like my picture lol no it's about my whole hand not coming out, I even had my son take a picture of me and guess what declined, my 2 whole arms are in the picture and it's still not good for them. Well keep my money Bitplay just give me back my deposit that I made without verification.

This site is setup nice, as far as anything to do with customer service and resolving inquiries they are absolutely trash. Give same responses you get the run around for days. Never resolved any issue I had. The outcome being that I lost money with them having no concern.

Since the 6 of April I been waiting for a withdraw from red play for 75 and on the 22 I have a withdraw for 230 from ultra panda and 25 I have a withdraw 120 v blink and from the 30 a have 120 and 200 from red play and all this withdraw are on hold, thay hijacking my money in the amount 755 I'm a loyal customer been using bit play over 2 years I have 422 pages of deposit and I'm on level 8 and they only respond I'm getting is They apologize for the inconvenient and for me to be patient, in dec 26 I won 400 and I was patient till March and after months of them telling me I will get my money to be patient it got declined end of Story case closed nothing I can do jest not getting my money, I stay playing on bitplay because I love the games they have but always problem with bitplay the system Fails all the time I jest wish they would payout with out all they bull$#*! hold ups and Excuses and anyone that has a say on fixing the problem is not Accessible and they Constantly saying you'll get an email, but you never do.

Why is verification meeding redone every 2 or 3 withdrawals? I just did one last week and now they're hasstling me. I believe that they're trying to do this so that they don't have to pay out withdrawals.

This is the second time I have tried to make a withdrawal and each time they come up with excuse after excuse why they can't pay me the withdrawal either it's on hold or it's pending all they're doing is trying to delay so I can lose my winnings which I pretty much done both times so they don't have to pay me out. Yesterday was my first time making a deposit and I was impressed by how fast and easy it was! I submitted a withdraw for $20 and kept $2 or $3 on my account which to my surprise I hit for 60 something! I submitted a withdraw for $60 about an hour after the $20 and it's been almost $48 hours and I still haven't received anything in my bitcoin wallet. First I was told it's be 24 hours, then another cup service representative told me it be 12 hours about 45 minutes to an hour later, just to be told by a different customer service representative that my withdraw would be in my bitcoin wallet as soon as possible about an hour after that. Here I am almost 48 hours later and still nothing! Needless to say I am not happy and very nervous that I'm not ever going to see my $80 winnings. I used to play through Facebook messenger until I got screwed and figured out how to cut out the middle man and not have to worry about being screwed again, just to end up telling yall that there's a scary high chance I'm being screwed yet again, just this time by the actual business smdh. If I'm wrong like I really hope I am I'll definitely let yall know and Bitplay will have gained a very active player. Please don't let me down Bitplay! I'm looking forward to giving yall more business, please don't make me change my mind.

They clearly have that you can only withdraw $100 a day if you haven't made a deposit. They do not honor this. So, if you win on your bonus don't even bother to try and cash it in because it is no good. It is wasted money.

I made a deposit with bit play and was told that my Bitcoin fees would be covered. However, once I made the deposit, they were not covered. Only $3 were covered and the fees were 11. They should not be lying about what they will do.
