As irritated I was upon my dilemma… I chatted with Shelby requesting for assistance and due to my own ignorance I was on the defense and misinterpreted the assistance and thought that I was shut down and turned away…. Support team is awesome. Deposit with email confirmation. The bonus coupon is great. I wish the maximum daily cash out is higher though. $250 limit cash out seems it's house curve, makes our chances to cash out is not likely. If you deposit $100, but can only cash out $250 is cool, but not exciting as when you get to cash out $500+ with that limit I end up playing the remaining balance to zero. I find that unfair and against "safety" nets for players.

I played here a couple times without issues but the last time i deposited $50 and I won $200. I went to request a cashout and instead of my money i received an email saying i needed to verify my identity again. My license had just expired and i don't have any idea when I'll have the opportunity to renew it. I explained this and asked if i could just have a refund and they refused that as well. On their website they claim they wont accept a deposit unless verified. Also at the bottom under their withdrawal policy it says "Please be aware that we will only need to confirm your identification once. After that, we won't ask you to share your information with us again.". It says this multiple times on this site and is clearly a lie. Even if this wasn't stated they never should have accepted a deposit they couldn't payout so i am at least owed a refund. Their customer service is horrible as well. No wonder they give everyone $20 for signing up. Thats the only way they can trick people into playing there.
