I have been playing with bitplay.ag for over a year and have withdrawn way more than i have deposited. But today i requested a withdrawal and even recieved a withdrawal acceptance email. Yet the withdrawal was never completed, and without even a single notification to this effect. When i went to inquire as to the issue i saw my account was marked for "re-verification". Wheb trying to resubmit i only get error codes in return and dispite seeking assistance through live support and submitting the required document proof through them i have yet to recirve a solution nor a withdrawal. Its unacceptable for a legitimate and long standing member of the platforms to be denied withdrawal, nor adaquate assistance in resolving the matter. This is not the only trouble ive had here Otherwise they wouldve been 5 of 5 stars. *review subject to change depending on further resolution*

I've only made 2 deposits on this site but today I won a little 100$ and tried to cash out... not only has it took ALL day now I got an email saying they want me to submit new pics! It's frustrating because I feel like it's only because I want my $ they wanna give me a hard time... I'll write another review to update on how this goes...
