Awful desire don't waste your money they will not correct problems and customer service is awful they don't pay attention and come back with off the wall answers

My issue was not resolved, The representatives was very very rude, and because they know they have control over certain issues, they take advantage of the customers. And right now my issue will not be resolved until I speak to him and walk the baby steps, or wait. The issue I have has not been the first time for me, So for the representative Oscar to try and walk me through steps I've already done. I'm not doing it with him. As well as Oscar said I could not speak to a supervisor.

The U.i & U.E are great! The only thing I (personally) think would make it even better and bring Alot more people to ALL platforms,would be to option to use login credentials across all of their available platforms. It's a little annoying having to contact someone &/or re-register & make a deposit every time you want to play on a different platform when they're all related & relatively the same. I've always followed the rules! I've made deposits for many different platforms with this agency they had decided my withdrawal for juwa and the daily withdrawal limit without a deposit is $100 and that's what I asked for $100
