I won a significantly larger amount than usual on 12/21/23. I requested the max I could withdrawal($200) and the status underneath the withdrawal said "on hold" for the first time for over 12 hours. I had contacted customer service many times and was given different answers each time. Was also lied to by the agent Grace and was told I could continue to play and my withdrawal would be processed. That was a lie and my withdrawal that I won fair and square was declined. The agents were rude to me afterward and said "it wasn't my job to tell you not to play when you have a withdrawal pending, it's my job to assist you". Well then why did you tell me I could play without it affecting my withdrawal only for another agent to tell me that when you do it gets declined?I have over 25 pages of deposits and they want to screw me over on a withdrawal? They just lost a good customer.

Bitplay is my first site I played on. For the most part I haven't had any problems with them. Every now and then though and then though. I don't understand what is the point in having us send in a selfie with my id in it every 6 months? It already is a process to withdrawal you can't get it instantly. But then when you do send in for a redemption you get an email couple hours later, saying you need to send in ANOTHER selfie and ID pic. And then 10 hours later you are verified and then you have to send in ANOTHER REQUEST and instead of you receiving the bitcoin in 10 hours it's like 2 days.
