They are rule changers. I used to be able to cash out on the bonus. The one dollar bonus on Vegas x. Now I guess the rule has changed. They've done this to me on a couple of my winnings. I asked them multiple times now to close my account and they won't.

As of today I am no longer a user on this platform for many reasons. But the straw that broke the camels back is I have officially been waiting 30 hours for my withdrawal and not one of the people from this site has contacted me or been able to resolve the issue and expect me not to be mad and continue to wait for them to pay me when they were supposed to have y money sent to within 24 hours and we are past 24 hours going in to day 2. I have been on them all day and my money is still in the processing stage with no progress for 30 hours! 30 hours hell yea I'm pissed and will be officially banning myself from the site after I receive my withdrawal. There phone has been busy all day, and it is in there withdrawal page post. It says withdrawals may take up to 24 hours and we are beyond that and still I not been contacted by no one from their fiance team or anyone else about my money. But was told to stop messaging them via chat before they ban me for spamming them with the same question about my deposit which I feel is ridiculous when all they have to do is send me my money so I can get on with my day. Instead they are still playing with my money and I had to walk home in the rain because I did not have enough for gas or an Uber because of their dealy. I'm done with this site so I really don't care at this moment what they do to my account. I just wat my money and I will start going back to the casino if I get the urge to gamble, at least I can get my winnings right then and there with no wait or hassle.

They have stop paying 36 hours since withdraw request. Never had problem. I'm not the only one I confirmed. Any one cashing out with betbitwin? Last few days? I'm level 6 so I play my share. I have been playing with bitbetwin for over a year and to me it seems like that they are becoming more and more sloppy when it comes to their side of the bargaining chip they're quick to take your money and slow to return it shaking my head it's a possibility that we're about to part ways.
