The site in general is great i enjoy the platforms and the incentives are great. That being said the 2 stars were taken from the otherwise 5 star review as a direct result of customer support. I've had great experiences in the past but it seems as of lately support has been lacking and quite frustrating. I recently requested a withdrawal and wanted it sent to my dogecoin account and wanted to make sure it go there so I asked an agent what block chain/network they use to deposit. I never received an answer as what I'm guessing now is they didn't know and didn't want to find the answer. They clearly left out the phrase "up to" 300%. When they have run other promotions like this, it clearly says up to whatever percentage they are using at the time. However, when I received this ad, it did not say up to 300%. It said that you would receive 300%. Because of this I made $100 deposit and expected to receive the 300% bonus. I did get them to acknowledge that they had made a mistake in the wording, but they did never offer me the 300% promised in the advertisement, nor would they refund my money.
