Are Bitbetwin promo codes "Too good to be true" yes. I have been suckered by bitbetwin once again. I added $10 to my cart and applied bonus code "Winhig300" then clicked on go to "checkout" looked at the amount that was going to be loaded on to my game and it said load $10 amount with bonus applied $40 took a screenshot clicked submit and made my payment. 10 minutes later I login to my game and my balance says $16 instead of $40.
I am very disappointed with bitbetwin at this moment because this is not the first time this happens, so if your reading this right now and this has happened to you, something that is too good to be true, and you send payment and don't recieve what you paid for that's called false advertising and that is illegall. Also their cash out process of 6 hrs. Or more is outrageous

Bitbetwin has the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you win any money on their daily wheel it pops up with a notice says that it will be added within 12 hours, which is ridiculous for starters because it doesn't take 12 hrs to add any amount of money to an account. That being said they have never been able to add my free play that I have won on their wheel within 12 hours, in fact it usually takes 16 to 20 hours and me having to beg them to add it at least 4 to 5 times in their live chat. So if you win free play on their daily wheel DO NOT expect them to add it within their specified time frame or to even care enough when you talk to them in live chat to give you any help. They simply "redirect your request to their team" which as near as I can tell is make believe, because their team has never sped anything up for me. So my opinion of bitbetwin's customer service is that it is awful. They should fire everyone that "works", and I use that term loosely, and hire people that actually know what customer service is.

Ive been trying to get my issue resolve for almost 10hrs (on the time of writing) and none seems nor no one seems can tell me a concrete answer.

Background:
Around 2am, OCT 15,2023, when i tried to deposit some funds to my bitbetwin account. I've done this almost a hundred times already so im already familiar about the process. But this time its different. Payment went thru but it was never credited to my account.(stolo) when i tried to ask assistance from their customer service rep, it took them 7hrs just to create a ticket to escalate my issue and 9hrs to provide me a contact number! T top all of that, these representatives are born with magical powers!(sarcasm) they will vanish while you're in the middle of chatting with them and then a new person will pop up and will the same questions the last person asked! Idk if this are AI's but if so, looks like they need an upgrade coz sime task are yet to make them crash and reboot!

I was told by customer support that if I give them a 5 star rating, that they will expedited the $2 that I won by spinning the wheel.
