This website is a joke do not deposit and I mean do not deposit any amounts to this scamming organization. They do not have clear guidelines on how your deposit or bonuses ever become a cashable amount. The customer support agents are very knowledgeable and actually $#*!ed when it comes down to giving you any kind of adequate information on any of these subjects. Seeing as now that the federal government is regulating cryptocurrency I would suggest anyone who has had any kind of unscrupulous dealings with this seedy website to also go file complaints to proper federal government agencies and hold these scammers accountable. If they want to be a legitimate business they should have actual guidelines and rules to exactly how the process goes from a deposit amount to a cashable amount. They do not tell you this because they tried to scam the individual customer at a time. Instead of saying a playthrough of times one on your deposit they say just submit it withdrawal request and we will tell you the requirements which is absolute b*******. I have gone right now and started my complaint with the FTC and the consumer financial protection bureau. It will hold these pathetic excuses for business owners accountable for all this untransparency they have brought about upon themselves. Also even if you pay more than your regular deposit of like $10 they try to market as a partial deposit. So keep your coinbase receipt and everything else because those are key pieces of proof when filing your complaints to the federal organizations to show straight off how they tried to scam you out of the very beginning. I have been with bitbetwin for a few years now but I have to say it's getting worse not better. I'm waiting for a withdrawal now since 12/27 and they way they sound won't be soon at all. This is not what is told to you when you submit your request. I'm sick of the run around from this company. Where do I begin? First, the whole set up with all the different platforms and the way you have to deposit just makes it not worth the trouble. I made a $30 deposit and ended up costing like $36 with the Bitcoin fees, and not to mention I never received these 2nd and 3rd bonuses they talk about in all the emails they keep sending repeatedly every single day. I made three separate deposits of $30 or more (spent over $100 doing so) and saw no bonus. And to top it off, you can't withdraw more than $100 until you've deposited more than $475? What is that? But I never won anything over $100 anyway so sadly, I guess it wouldn't have mattered. I really wanted to like this site because I like playing the fish tables but honestly there's plenty of other sites that are so much easier to deal with and let you redeem as much as you want.
