I purchased chair through houzz. When my renovation was done I took the chairs out the box and I had to put the legs on. The legs were uneven. The company couldn't not replace the uneven legs. A chair now broke that isn't even used much plus we r not heavy people. This company will not stand bye the dangerous chairs. I can't sell or even give them away.
Terrible company.
I am sorry I sold my other chair I bought from pier one 8 yrs ago.
Bison company doesn't deserve to be in business
Order two items of furniture and one arrived damaged by delivery company. Bison Office replaced the piece. Customer service was excellent and all handled by email. I don't fill surveys out often--you can depend on Bison Office and I highly recommend the company and the people who work for them.
The chairs I ordered, (40) of them to be exact, have had little to no use, and support will ask you questions in an effort to find a way not to warranty your product. Screws will rust and bottom levelers will fall off of chairs. I would not suggest ordering the Lancaster Bar Stool. Customer service could have easily rectified the problem but they found a way out of replacing it and did not honor their warranty!

I ordered a gazebo online and it arrived complete and in a timely manner. A week later a second matching item arrived that I did not order and could not use. The customer service rep was helpful and after a few conversations the extra product was retrieved. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered a glass display case and never received it. FedEx delivered to package to the wrong apartment on Tuesday 9/5 and when I came home, it was nowhere to be found. I searched the entire apartment complex. I posted on my resident portal about the package including all the details and I've notified my leasing office about issue. The leasing agent and myself have not received any response from anybody.
I then opened a case with FedEx and BisonOffice. BisonOffice claimed it would be resolved by Thurday afternoon, and it was not.
I visited the FedEx Ground building and spoke with a rep Thurday 9/7, and she said she was going to look into it. When I called on Thurday Daria said she is waiting on a response from FedEx before they move foward with the case.
I've called FedEx multiple times. I've called/emailed BisonOffice multiple times and all I get is that the case is still being worked.
As of 9/10 FedEx has closed the case associated with the tracking number.
I opened a case with my bank and Laura from BisonOffice said the case is going to be handled directly by them from here on out.
Laura also says "This isn`t the first time we are receiving complaints for the lack of FedEx carriers competence, so I really hope our management will take this to consideration of switching the shipping partner in the near future".

I purchased a dining set from BisonOffice.com after canceling my order on another company's site because shipping would not occur until about a month later. Bison office shipped my dining set within a week, and it arrived way faster than the other company's timeline. When I found that the tabletop was damaged and informed them, Laura from Bisonoffice quickly reached out to me and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the shipping company they used also damaged the replacement. I requested not to have another replacement since the second damage was not as bad. Laura and the team at Bison office offered me a small refund for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their effort in making my experience better by following up, sending replacement and offering the refund. Overall, my purchase experience with Bison Office was excellent as I felt like a valued customer. I will be buying from them again since the damage was not their fault and they did their best to make it right. Great customer service, please keep it up!
I ordered a sink to remodel my bathroom. The sink arrived super quick, but it was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away. The replacement ended up arriving super quick but damaged as well. I contacted them again and they made sure to let the warehouse know and they reinforced the packaging and sent out another one within a week. Third time was a charm! The sink came in in perfect condition! A day later I received an email from customer service checking in and making sure everything was good! I work in customer service so I appreciated the follow up so much. I will be definitely be ordering from Bisonoffice again.
I purchased a dresser from Bison Office which unfortunately contained a defective part. The process to get a replacement was very easy and I was kept informed the whole time. They even offered to ship a complete replacement product if a replacement part had not been available.
The item I ordered came in damaged. The people were so attentive and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I would not hesitate to order from them again

We then purchased a lamp again the best price we could find anywhere. It arrived with a defective lamp shade. BisonOffice was prompt to reply and immediately fixed my issue by sending a replacement. I created an ordering mess by creating duplicate orders (three to be exact) for a lovely coffee table. I cancelled two of the orders and contacted their customer service department by phone. Then they contacted me by email and assisted with solving my problem. I just want to say that working with Bison's Customer Service team has been an absolute pleasure. They were so nice and helpful in cleaning up the mess that I made with these orders and unraveling the confusion to ensure that I only receive and be charged for one coffee table with the discount. I have not received the coffee table yet, but I am so pleased with their customer service and how they handled by ordering debacle. Once I receive the coffee table, I will come back to update my review and add pictures. I am so excited!
Very rare to truly have exceptional service after the sale, however, Bison's customer service is a great example of such service. They genuinely cared and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve any concerns. I highly recommend them!
I am very happy with my Murphy bed, including the delivery and service from Bison Office. I needed extra parts and BO was easy to contact, responsive and friendly. The parts were delivered quickly.
We ordered a retractable side awning for our deck. We received it before the promised date in perfect condition. However when we reviewed it, it was obvious it was not going to work for our situation, Customer Support was very responsive and helpful. I bought a set of lounge chairs from Bison Office as they had the lowest price even compared to Overstock for the same brand. My designer services had them offered around $450 for each and Overstock had for $329 whereas Bison had for $286 only.
However, I didn't get to set them up as was on vacation for a month. When I did couple bolts went missing for one of the chair wheels. I contacted them and reported the issue. They said any missing items should be reported within 30 days but then they did give a try at their warehouse. And within 10 days I received the required hardware. They are the best! I had couple good experiences earlier as well.
Great communication. Quality furniture. Stayed right on top of purchase and even contacted me over a incorrect address due to one digit off.
