I ordered a swing loveseat online in Antique Pecan described as 53" long. Received completely different color, literally says DARK BROWN and 47" long. The company tries to scam me for return shipping cost and another 15% restocking fee for THEIR mistakes. My personal suggestion - STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

I ordered a bedroom set for my son, the furniture arrived without any damage, it was perfect. Delivery went smoothly was on time and they communicated with us when they were getting close. I would buy from BisonOffice again. They had the best price and I was able to get more for my $$$

Not only were the nightstands the lowest price on the net but shipping was included at no additional cost. Delivery was prompt and packaging was secure. Minor manufacturing issue but the Bison team responded quickly and remedied the issue the same day. I'm a repeat customer and would highly recommend them for their A+ items and support.

I bought a coffee table from this company - very expensive... The photos were completely different than the item I received... The color in the photos was oatmeal but my table came very dark grey. When I sent the photos to the custormer service they completely ignored me and still claim that that's the right color! I went on to read other reviews (should have obviously done it BEFORE I purchased that table) and other customers say exactly the same thing - this is false advertising. They are not taking any responsibility for misleading their customers. Will not be ever buying from them. Very disappointed!

I put in the order of a gazebo which I realized later is too big for my space. I reached out to the customer support and they were kind enough to accommodate my cancellation request and issue a full refund.

I bought 4 bar stools 40% less than anywhere else I looked, both online and at local furniture stores. All were received in about a week exactly as described. One had some scratches from shipping and Bison quickly replaced it. I am very happy with my purchase from Bison!

We purchased a Pacific Sling table and four chairs from Bison. The table was double boxed and arrived in good condition. The chairs arrived 2 days later and were packaged two in a box. Both boxes containing the chairs arrived damaged. The front of one of the chairs punched through the side of the box. It has scuff marks and a small crack. Bison was not able to replace the single chair. I assume because it was sold as a set. They agreed instead to refund the total cost of a single chair. Despite the fact that one chair is not in new condition, Bison offered the best price and delivery was within a week so we are giving them a rating of 4 stars.

Customer service handled shipper-caused damage to my item and had a replacement sent out within a few short days. No headaches or delays just great service!

I'm updating a previous good review. After getting a replacement stool for the one that came damaged, we had the stools less than a month and the cushions started breaking down (see photos). Bison by email said they were "faulty" and asked if we would accept replacement cushions. I said yes so long as I could return the stools if the same thing happened. Bison told me I would not be able to return after getting the replacement cushions because it would be beyond their 30-day return window. So, I told Bison I wanted to return all 4 stools since I had no confidence that the replacement cushions wouldn't do the same thing. Bison said they would check with their warehouse. I emailed every day. Then, on the 30th day from delivery told me they wouldn't accept a return because it was beyond the 30-day window. I told Bison this was unacceptable as it was their delay that cause the issue to go beyond the 30 days. Bison said they would "make an exception" but that it would be a standard return that I would need to pay for. Standard returns need to be in the original packaging which we don't have so, you guessed it, Bison won't accept the return. I've filed a dispute with AmEx and will be filing a small claims case.

I ordered two Boulangerie round and leather chairs. If I could review the staff and communication for Bison Office alone it would have been a 5 star review. The 1 star is for the quality of the chairs. I was pleased with the timeliness of arrival of the chairs, however, the quality of the chairs is totally unsatisfactory. The staining was poor on both chairs. Within two days one of the chair seat cracked. Bison made it right for that one chair but the other chair is so brittle, I am concerned for the longevity.

First, I'd like to say that I ordered 2 0f the Product ID: ******* Royale Nightstand by Steve Silver.
This product is of top quality, heavy duty and, very sturdy. The only problem was with the chosen shipping company (Fedex), which is the absolute worse, in my opinion. One of the items were damaged in the initial shipment by the carrier. Photos were taken of the packaging and the item, sent to customer service with a description of the damage. Bison CS was very diligent in making this right and immediately shipped a replacement. The only problem turned out to be is that the replacement shipment not only made it to Fedex but was on the truck for delivery to my home and mysteriously got lost. This happened twice with two replacement shipments. Although, very frustrating, Camila in Bison CS was absolutely wonderful and hung in there through a total of three shipments of the same item and, never wavered to satisfy me, the customer. I am confident that she badgered the carrier on the last attempt to get me my product and, the third time was a charm.

I ordered a cabinet, but there were two flaws on one cabinet door when the item arrived. Immediately contacting Bison Office Customer Service, and within 20min had a reply and shortly after that some additional follow-up. That was followed by great communication until the replacement part was shipped. -- There was shipping damage to that box, and when I again, quickly contacted Bison Office Customer Service, the response time was very short. Both Evelin and Camila, the two customer service reps who replied to me, were terrific. -- Every company should have such great customer service.

Regarding the cabinet I ordered (Concepts in Wood Multi-use Storage Cabinet, 4 Shelves, Dry Oak Finish), now that I have the good replacement part and it is all assembled, I am very happy with how solid and nice it is and looks. This cabinet was purchased to replace an old, more cheaply made one that had started to fail and was nearly the same height and width, as well as being an oak finish -- and it's mostly solid wood parts. -- Do wish quality control on some parts was perhaps a little better so a replacement part would not have been needed.

Would also suggest the Bison Office consider adding magnetic catches to this cabinet to help keep the doors closed... I removed the set from my old cabinet and have added them to this one... using carpet tape so they could be removed without any damage to the cabinet. Much better,

I ordered a dining set from BisonOffice and received prompt delivery and superior service for an installation issue which has been resolved by BisonOffice in record time. Highly recommend this company!

We had an issue with a recliner and customer support was really easy to work with. They are prompt and very willing to help you fix issues. I'd purchase from them over a big box furniture store any day.

They also sent out a replacement rug when they accidentally sent me the wrong pattern.

After receiving a slightly damaged nightstand (due to damage during transport), I contacted customer service. They promptly responded, and within a very short period of time, a new nightstand is on its way.

I received my item damaged by both the carrier and the manufacturer. Bison Office immediately sent out a replacement and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately I found this one also had damage by the manufacturer however was less than the first time. The customer service I received throughout the entire situation was wonderful, professional, attentive and prompt. I would shop again through Bison Office because of the compensation I received for the damages by the carrier and manufacturer, their customer service, fast shipping and product selection.
