Found the perfect desk at Bison - had a small problem with damage but company made good on resolving the concern quickly. I will definitely buy from them again - highly recommend!
I emailed customer service because my file cabinet was damaged, I sent some pictures and asked how we can resolve this. They responded within Minutes! They asked for specifics of what part was damaged and asked for more pictures.(they gave examples of the pictures they needed, so I knew exactly what to send) Again within minutes I got a response that they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. The next day they stated that the color I ordered was out of stock and sent pictures of the other colors I could choose from. I picked the color, they put the order in and emailed me later that the cabinet was on it's way and gave me the tracking number. Thank You again Bison Office Customer Service, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I received the replacement cabinet quicker then the original order and it was Perfect!
Laura and Daria were a pleasure to work with when my coffee table had issues. I owned the table for only 3 weeks when noticeable cracks started forming and I knew the table was defective. I expected a long frustrating road to come to a resolution and to my surprise it was none of that. Laura and Daria responded immediately to all my emails and provided regular updates. In one short week from initially contacting Bison Office I had a replacement table at my house. Great customer service still exists in the world today! You earned a new customer

While searching for a lateral file cabinet, I found Bison Office prices to be the best. I got fast, FREE delivery, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted them, and they responded immediately asking for photos. A replacement was not available because it is a discontinued item, but they quickly refunded me. I had never heard of Bison Office before and was a little hesitant to do business with them. Demi and Sophie from customer support could not have been more pleasant and quick to respond. I would definitely buy from and recommend Bison Office to anyone. They want their customers to be satisfied which is rare these days.
I just purchased a kids bed from. This company not only did it show ahead of schedule I had a issue with a broken piece from shipping which happens they respond right away and was very on top of things I promise u u won't go wrong with purchasing from. I've recently placed my first order with BisonOffice via their website. The website was easy to navigate and my order of bar stools was processed quickly. The bar stools arrived sooner than expected. There was minimal assembly required, which went smoothly. However, one of the bar stools did not swivel correctly. I promptly contacted BisonOffice via email regarding the issue and received a kind and professional response from their representative, Leah. She is fantastic! Leah quickly resolved the issue by shipping (at no charge to me) a new replacement swivel. The bar still now works perfectly. Thank you to Leah and the BisonOffice team! I definitely recommend their services.
I recieved my order from Bison that stated chair was pastel blue and I have attached picture from Bison Furniture also showed a blue chair was in the box. Upon opening box picture attached the chair was gray in color and clearly not what was advertised.
Bison refused to accept a return unless I paid shipping and a restocking fee of 15%.I sent pictures that clearly showed the color was not blue as picture and Bison add stated The cost for shipping the chair back cost me $252 plus a $70 restocking fee that Bison charged for not standing by their advertised product for a grand total of $322. What a scam!
I would advise to never purchase any item from this company, Bison clearly will not stand by advertised products.
I will continue to write reviews hoping to help anyone else to not be ripped off by Bison as well.
We ordered eight chairs for our law office conference room. One of the chairs was, unfortunately, damaged. I emailed Bison Office immediately and within five minutes I already had a response with instructions on what to do to file a claim. I spoke with the customer service representative about getting a replacement chair and within five days we had it. Incredible customer service from start to finish. Five stars from this firm!
I ordered an item for a very good price but long story short had to cancel my order. Evelin and Camila in the Customer Support team were very responsive and helpful in coordinating to cancel the order.
I ordered a hall tree with storage bench that came in two boxes, and the smaller of the two boxes I received was not the storage bench. Bison Office's customer service reps were polite and very responsive to my email. They asked for some photos of the pieces I received in error and then immediately processed an order for the correct storage bench. It arrived in about four days, and they did not make me return the incorrect item (which was just three pieces of wood). My hall tree is now assembled and looks great! I would purchase from BisonOffice.com again, because I know they will address any issues I may have with courtesy and professionalism, and make things right. That kind of customer service is not easy to find these days.
My chairs are exactly what I envisioned, they make the look to my dining room. My friends & family go crazy over my dining room. Thank you Bison!
I have purchased coffee table and the console table. They both looks great and price was almost half of what living space listed.
I had an issue with my order and greatly appreciated that the customer service team was so prompt and responsive and took the time to work through it with me and resolve it to my satisfaction, giving me options. They were kind, amicable and knowledgeable. I love the chest & nightstand I ordered and felt it was a good value. The shipping was very fast as well. Thanks again for a good experience!
Ordered 2 chairs, both arrived damaged or broken. I called and they said to email them pictures which I did. After hours of trying to set them up and repackage them, they wanted more photos of both chairs together. They act nice over the phone; however, want to make your life harder and making theirs easier. I would recommend buying from a reputable company and not this scheming ran one. I WANT AN EXCHANGE, not a refund!

We purchased 2 chairs and not only were they a great price they also arrived on time! There was a few scuffs on one of the chairs, but the customer service rep (Danie) was fantastic to work with. He resolved our issue right away and was very friendly. We would happily buy from BisonOffice.com again.

Answer: There is no reason to order from them. They charge a 20% restocking free for returns and make you pay return shipping. Customer Service is non-existentnt.
