Needed help with a table damaged in transit. Would purchase from them again. The table is beautiful.

My wife and I purchased a stand alone pantry form them. It arrived damaged form careless handling form FedEx. FedEx excepted full responsibility for the drivers actions and shipped it back at no cost to us. We reached out to the seller ( Bison Office) and had nothing but caring and prompt interaction with NORA and GRACE. We appreciate doing business with y'all. Please thank the warehouse for the mess they received. ( forklift certified!) They will know what it means.

This is a great company with wonderful customer service and the best prices around. It's not just office stuff either.

We ordered 2 scandinavian/europeon styled recliners and ottomans in cream. They were manufactured by Benchmaster. Upon assembly discovered that the design of the position lock is flawed for keeping the recline upright. We explained the design flaw and shipped the chairs back at our expense-$349.70. After 4 weeks I sent an email asking about our refund.Bison replied the chairs never arrived.I contacted UPS and they had documentation that a Bison employee had indeed signed for the chairs about 4 weeks previously. Presenting this information to Bison they offered a refund minus a restocking fee. I challenged the restocking fee for defective merchandise and they refunded this fee.
I see these chairs continue to be offered by Bison. They were a $349.70 mistake for us.

I'm a first time buyer from BisonOffice. I purchased an end table which was shipped out promptly. Item was received damaged although I believe it was the fault of the manufacturer and not BisonOffice or the carrier. Contacted BisonOffice regarding the damage and they made it right in timely fashion. Would have no reservations to transact business with BisonOffice in the future.

Their customer service is wonderful/ I received my lamp and it came in broken from shipment. So I email them to let them know so I took pictures and sent to show and customer service went above and beyond to help me thank you so much! I will be shopping again with y'all.

For a very long time, I have been shopping for a swivel chair with a built-in footrest. This chair ticked all my boxes and it was offered by Bison Office at the best price I could find anywhere. And shipping was free.

My chair shipped quickly along with an email link to track it's journey to my front door.

When I unpacked my new chair from the box I found that the swivel mechanism attached to the chair base had a broken spacer that caused the base to be unstable and the chair to be unable to swivel. Disappointed, I immediately emailed the supplier to request assistance and sent pictures showing the intact (undamaged) shipping box along with a picture showing the broken swivel attachment. It was obvious to me that the part was broken off before the chair was packed for shipment by the manufacturer because I found only two of the three broken pieces in the shipping box.

Bison customer service responded to my email promptly on the next business day and a replacement chair base with a properly attached swivel mechanism was received within a few days.

Replacing the base was extremely easy (6 hex bolts) and I now have the swivel chair of my dreams. I really love this chair and the interaction with the Bison Office company to get the issue resolved could not have been easier.

I would buy this chair again and without hesitation, I would buy from Bison Office again. I plan to look around to see what other furniture they have that I might need.

Found a fantastic deal on a table that I've been searching for for 2 months. Delivery was via freight and they were wonderful as well. The table was slightly damaged and I sent in a video and photos and the two reps that assisted me were extremely helpful and quick to respond (responded on a Sunday!). Although a replacement was not available, they were able to provide an alternate option which I thought was fair. This company is the epitome of excellent customer service!

I purchased a product that didn't meet the manufacturers specification. Bison stepped in and made it right. While I was displeased with the product, this was not Bison's fault. I would highly recommend doing with Bison not because everything went well, but more importantly, when it didn't go well, they made it right.

This company is responsive and reliable. They kept me informed of delivery from the moment my order was entered. The product I ordered was of excellent quality and exactly as described. I received the Mallory King Bed. Shipping was quick; however upon receipt, the headboard had some issues. After reaching out to customer service, they had a new headboard shipped right away. The bed was a little challenging to put together due to the headboard being in 2 pieces and not fitting quite as snug as I'd like, but overall we really like the bed! Thanks Bison Office for excellent customer service!

I ordered a desk from Bison Office - it was shipped promptly but unfortunately a few parts were damaged in transit. When I contacted Bison Office to discuss getting replacement parts, I received a very prompt reply about how they would remedy the situation and then received regular emails over the next week to provide updates on the ordering, shipping and delivery of the replacements, along with a follow-up email after deliver to ensure I was completely satisfied! I had never heard or nor ordered from this company before, and it can be "dicey" these days to purchase online from a company you're not familiar with, but I would absolutely recommend Bison Office and will definitely consider them for any future office supply/equipment needs!
