I bought a valet stand from a company that I had not heard of before because of the great price. I was not disappointed. They shipped the item out very quickly. When I had some small issues, they were very accommodating and sent the replacement quickly, and I received it in just a couple of days. I would definitely recommend them.

At first I was skeptical about ordering from an off-site but after some research I figured I would due to the overall reviews; mostly thought I'd just never receive the item.
However that's not the case; delivery was very quick— literally shipped out a few hours right after purchase.
I had an issue with my item when it came, but the customer service team (Greta & Daniel) were extremely helpful and understanding and we figured it out.
I'd definitely consider buying from them again.

We purchased a nearly $300 counter swivel chair from this place. We put it together and it did not swivel. Nor did the seat stay on. VERY POOR Craftmanship. We took it back to the place of purchase and they returned it to bisen. But bisen decided not to refund us because they claim the chair was damaged. It was damaged from the very beginning and was not functional. We will NEVER buy from bisenoffice again. It's all good because what goes around comes around. They have poor customer service, poorly made products and are extremely over priced. Go to another vendor. You'll be glad you did.

The customer service that I received from Bison Office was truly exceptional and helped to restore my faith in humanity. I am so grateful for their help, attention, and service. I had ordered a buffet/sideboard for my dining room, and the shipment was packaged very well. They ship FAST, via FedEx, but FedEx is very hard on boxes and one of the boxes had a very damaged corner. Bison Office responded right away to my email reporting the damage, and sent TWO REPLACEMENTS as the first was damaged during shipping as well. I didn't know that customer service like this still existed. I am so grateful. I highly recommend ordering directly from Bison Office rather than paying more to order the same item from Amazon.

When my package was delivered fedEX just throw my items, causing them to break once I opened the box I reached out to bison customer service. I explained the issue and issued me new items with extra padding. I received my items within 4 days. Even though my items got damaged bison made me very relieved with how fast and great they communicate, also shipping my items very fast as well. I received great customer service, fast shipping, and replacement items it was very pleasant. They dresser are a nice size bigger then the ones I order for the big name company's and they look great. They even have an assembly assistant app if you need help or get confused so that was very held to.

Recently purchased a beautiful piece of furniture from Bison that had slight damage to piece... I reached out to them to make them aware of it and they were absolutely fantastic in there response. They offered to take the item back and apologized for damage.My wife and I decided to keep the piece and repair the damage... they then gave us a fair discount on the item for our troubles. INTEGRITY. Will not hesitate to purchase in the future.

Purchased a dining table from Bison Office. It shipped quickly which was a plus with the free shipping over $60. The item arrived with a slight damage but a quick email to the customer support and it was resolved quickly. I recommend taking pictures of the package prior and after opening. Evelin answered my questions quickly and got the damaged part shipped out almost immediately. Would definitely shop with them again, especially with the quick damaged part being resolved.

We received an item from BisonOffice with a manufacturer defect. They were quick and easy with their response to the problem and sent a new part which worked great. They kept me informed with every step they we're taking and followed up with me to make sure we were taken care of.

I had an issue with a table I had ordered which not the fault of Bison in the first place. They worked with me to find a solution in an extremely timely manner. None of this " you will get a response 48 hours " and you answer the question and wait another 48 hours. They jumped right on the issue and offered multiple solutions to satisfy their customer. Anytime in the future they have what I'm looking for I'm buying from them.

I had an issue with the product on two occasions. It was handled quickly, professionally and with great communication. Very happy.

I ordered a metal and glass coffee table set from the company and one of the pieces arrived broken. I called the company to inform them and they informed me that the piece was on back order. I told them that I needed it for my Airbnb and that I had a guess checking in a few days. The representative said she would just send out a new set and just take the part that I needed. I ended up getting the new set in time for my guest. I'm a very happy customer and would definitely do business with them in the future.

This dresser was available from various sellers and ranged in price from $208 to $500 for exact same model. I purchased from Bison for $220 I believe and it was delivered very quickly. There were some issues initially with assembly and the customer service was responsive, patient and completely resolved the issue. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I ordered an office desk from Bison and was very happy with what I received. The desk was easy to assemble alone even though the suggested amount of people for the assembly was two people. All of the parts I received were in great condition, and I even got more screws than were required just in case which I thought was really helpful. The customer service team was also very helpful and understanding, as well as quick to replace the top of the desk which came a little damaged in the delivery process.

My dresser arrived cracked and their customer service responded immediately and gave me options to resolve the issue. It was an easy resolution and I am very happy with their customer service.

I read the reviews here and BBB(lots of complaints) after ordering a console table. I tried to find the location for the company and it's pretty well hidden. One complaint was they told customers their payment method aka credit card wasn't good and didn't go through and to pay through PayPal or Amazon pay. Complaints stated when they tried to get a legit refund they weren't refunded shipping return costs. 4 hours after placing my order I received "that" email. When I checked my card it had charged the amount but credited it back. I just replied and stated I'd take my business elsewhere. Buy beware. And this company is located in Chicago IL
